What is a Q&A session? Q&A (Questions-and-Answers) sessions are formats that allow audiences to ask questions to the speakers. Q&As originate in the events industry, where short Q&A blocks are typically held after each speaker slot to engage the audience and give them a chance to ask the speaker additional questions.

Q & A is a situation in which a person or group of people asks questions and another person or group of people answers them. Q & A is short for `question and answer.

The 21 questions game is exactly what it says on the tin, there are no gimmicks or weird rules, you just have to ask someone 21 questions. It's a great conversation starter with someone you're not close with, or equally a way to deepen an existing relationship, with questions you would never usually ask.

Knowing the topics you need to discuss and your role will better prepare you. Prep talking points, statistics, and anecdotes to help make your point and calm your nerves. You can also ask the moderator for the questions they plan to ask ahead of time to prepare your response.

Avoid closed-ended questions, such as those that ask students to list characteristics, define terms, explain concepts, or recall facts. Once the correct answer has been given, there isn't much more to say, so the discussion fizzles out. Instead, create open-ended questions that don't have a right or wrong answer.

Before responding to any interview question, take your time, breathe and think about your answer. Thoughtful answers delivered clearly are much better than empty answers given rapidly. And you're not being measured by your response time. Be honest and succinct with your responses.
