REGAL CROWN CLUB BASICS

What is Regal Crown Club?

The Regal Crown Club® program (“Crown Club”) rewards movie lovers who attend movies at participating Regal Cinemas, United Artists or Edwards Theatre location (a “Regal Theatre”). Crown Club members can earn credits when purchasing admission tickets (at the box office, at in-theatre kiosks, in the Regal Mobile App (the “App”) or online) and concessions and can redeem such credits for rewards such as admission tickets, concessions, and movie merchandise. Other Crown Club membership benefits, which change from time to time, may include discounts, coupons, opportunities to enter sweepstakes, special offers, newsletters, member-only emails and invitations to sneak previews of upcoming films at select Regal Theatres.

What’s different for members in the New Regal Crown Club?

We revitalized the Crown Club in 2016 by introducing a variety of new benefits for our valued members. New program features include:

  • Unlimited credits with no cap on how many you can earn
  • No cap on how many credits you can earn in a day
  • 100 credits awarded per dollar spent when purchasing admission tickets (at the box office, at in-theatre kiosks, in the App or online) and concessions at Regal Theatres
  • The ability to redeem credits to obtain certain rewards in theatres at the point of sale, via the App or through Regal’s online Rewards Center (which can be accessed online!or via the App), in each case with a registered Crown Club membership

Is there a fee to join the Crown Club?

No! Simply download the App or join online!

What can I do with the App?

So much! You can locate Regal Theatres near you, review show times, purchase tickets, view and/or edit certain account information (including your Crown Club card number), track your credit balance and Crown Jewel bonus program Jewel Status, view recent transactions that earned you credits, and redeem your credits for great rewards (including by accessing our online Rewards Center). The App will even alert you to special Regal offers and promotions!

I’ve heard about Regal’s new Unlimited Subscription Program. What is it?

Regal’s Unlimited Subscription Program is a membership tier of the Crown Club which is subject to separate terms and conditions. Sign up for an Unlimited Subscription Program membership, pay a subscription fee (monthly or annual – your choice), and watch as many movies as you like at any participating Regal theatre. CROWN CLUB REGISTRATION

How do I join the Crown Club?

Eligible individuals can enroll in the Crown Club by either (1) visiting the login page, clicking the box next to “I don’t have a card, assign me a virtual one,” and registering for a Crown Club account, or (2) downloading the App on a smartphone or tablet, signing up for a virtual Crown Club card through the App, and registering the virtual card via the App. Unfortunately, new physical Crown Club cards are no longer available, but members who already have a physical Crown Club card may continue to use such card (an existing physical card or a virtual card, a “Card”). For eligibility requirements, please see the Crown Club rules.

What does registering a Card mean? Are there any benefits?

You cannot redeem credits until your Card is registered. A registered membership means your contact information and a valid email address are associated with your Card.

If you register your Card, you’ll receive access to exclusive offers and other benefits that are provided only to registered members, including a voucher for a free small popcorn that will be automatically loaded onto your Card on your birthday! You’ll also receive 1,000 credits in your account just for registering your Card! Additionally, registration makes it easy for us to look up your Card if you ever forget it when visiting a Regal Theatre.

Existing Physical Crown Club Card
If you already have a physical Crown Club card, you can register such Card online, via the App or at in-theatre kiosks. Once you provide a valid email address, the Crown Club will send a confirmation email to the address provided. Simply verify your email address by clicking on the link as directed in the email. This completes your registration. Please note that new and replacement physical Crown Club cards are no longer available.

NOTE: As a physical Crown Club card holder, you can create a corresponding virtual Crown Club card simply by logging in to the App using the same email and password credentials used to create your online account when registering your physical Crown Club card.

Virtual Crown Club Card
To register a virtual Crown Club card, please (1) go to the “My Account” tab in the App and press the “Confirm” button next to the email address you have provided, or (2) visit the Crown Club login page, click the box next to “I don’t have a card, assign me a virtual one,” and provide the requested registration information. The Crown Club will send a confirmation email to the address provided. Simply verify your email address by clicking on the link as directed in the email. This completes your registration. You can view the card number for your virtual Crown Club card by logging in to the App and tapping the purple Card on the App’s home screen or by logging in to your Crown Club account and then navigating to the “My Account” tab.

NOTE: As a virtual Crown Club card holder, you can also view account information (including your credit balance), redeem credits for rewards, check out exclusive content for Crown Club members, and browse Regal sweepstakes, Winners’ Row and Crown Club rules and details by logging in to your Crown Club account using the same email and password credentials used to log in to the App.

I picked up a Crown Club card from a Regal Theatre. Am I registered?

Not yet! Please register your card online, via the App or at an in-theatre kiosk so that you can start enjoying the benefits of membership.

If you don’t have an email address, you can easily set up one online. If you don’t have access to an Internet-connected personal computer or other device, check if your local library has publicly-accessible computers for use. Please note that you must confirm your email address with Regal in order to redeem credits for rewards.

CROWN JEWEL BONUS PROGRAM

What is the Crown Jewel bonus program?

The Crown Jewel bonus program gives members who make Visits (as defined below) to Regal Theatres bonus credits so that such members can obtain rewards more quickly. The Crown Jewel bonus program has three Jewel Statuses: Emerald, Ruby and Diamond. Each Jewel Status is obtained by using your Card when making certain purchases or redemptions or using certain passes or tickets and accumulating Visits over time, as described below. Visits accrue on the date of such purchase, redemption or use. You earn one “Visit” by using your Card, Card number or phone number attached to your Crown Club account when (1) purchasing admissions tickets (including “Regal Value Days” tickets) to a movie at a unique show time (including online or by using a physical Regal gift card, a Regal e-gift card or a third-party gift card (e.g., from Fandango.com; MovieTickets.com; AtomTickets.com)), (2) redeeming a Super Saver ticket (e.g., “Premiere Movie Ticket”; “VIP” ticket; “Ultimate Movie Pack” ticket) at a Regal Theatre box office, or (3) using a complementary pass or emergency ticket provided by Regal. For example, if you use your Card, Card number or such phone number when purchasing five admission tickets to the same show time of a movie, you earn one Visit that day. However, if you use your Card, Card number or such phone number when purchasing admission tickets to two different show times (for two different movies or even for the same movie) in a given day, then you earn two Visits that day. Also, in Regal’s sole discretion, you may earn one “Visit” by using your Card, Card number or phone number attached to your Crown Club account when purchasing concessions.

If you earn a Visit to a Regal Theatre, you will earn 250 bonus credits if you have Emerald Status, 500 bonus credits if you have Ruby Status, or 1,000 bonus credits if you have Diamond Status, provided that such bonus credits will only be awarded once daily. These bonus credits are awarded in addition to the 100 credits awarded per $1 spent (while using a Card, Card number or phone number attached to your Crown Club account, as applicable) at the box office, concession stand or in-theatre kiosks or for online admission ticket purchases. For example, if you have Emerald Status, visit a Regal Theatre and use your Card or Card number while spending $10 on an admission ticket (which constitutes a Visit) and $10 at the concession stand, you earn 1,000 credits for the admission ticket, 1,000 credits for the purchases at the concession stand, and 250 bonus credits for the Visit due to your Emerald Status (for a total of 2,250 credits).

NOTE: There is no limit on how many Visits you may earn in a day, but bonus credits given for Visits are awarded only once daily (e.g., if you “Visit” a Regal Theatre three times in one day, and you are a Diamond Status member, you will receive 1,000 bonus credits).

How do I earn a Jewel Status?

Jewel Statuses are earned by making Visits to Regal Theatres. You achieve Emerald Status (and begin to receive Emerald Status bonus credits) upon the sixth Visit, Ruby Status (and begin to receive Ruby Status bonus credits) upon the tenth Visit, and Diamond Status (and begin to receive Diamond Status bonus credits) upon the twentieth Visit. Once a status is achieved, you maintain this status for 12 months, but you are able to move to a higher status with additional Visits, which status you would then maintain for 12 months.

What happens if, after 12 months at a Jewel Status, I haven’t earned enough Visits to progress to the next Jewel Status?

After such 12-month period, you will be placed at a Jewel Status calculated based upon the number of Visits you earned during such 12-month period. For example, if you reach Ruby Status and then earn only four Visits during the 12 months during which you are at Ruby Status, then, at the end of such 12-month period, you will be deemed to have four Visits and will need two more to achieve Emerald Status (which you would then maintain for 12 months unless you move to a higher status with additional Visits). Likewise, if you reach Diamond Status and then earn 20 Visits during the 12 months during which you are at Diamond Status, then, at the end of such 12-month period, you will be deemed to have 20 Visits and will retain your Diamond Status for another 12 months.

Based on member feedback, we ended Elite Status in 2014 in order to more effectively reward members who visit more often.

Can I earn Visits while using my Unlimited Subscription Program pass?

No. You will not earn a Visit for any reservation or admission ticket obtained with your Unlimited Subscription Program pass.

CREDITS, REWARDS, AND OTHER BENEFITS

How do I earn credits with my Card?

You earn 100 credits for every $1.00 spent on (1) admission tickets or concessions at Regal Theatres by presenting your Card, Card number or phone number attached to your Crown Club account to the cashier at the time of purchase; (2) admission tickets online by entering your Card number during the transaction (except that you will not earn credits on any convenience fees charged by any online third-party ticket retailer); and (3) admission tickets at in-theatre kiosks by swiping your Card or entering your Card number at the kiosk. Extra credits may be earned during special promotions and if you have a Jewel Status.

You may also earn credits for certain purchases in connection with the Unlimited Subscription Program. Please see Section B.4 of the Unlimited Subscription Program rules for more information. Restrictions may apply.

How does the Crown Jewel bonus program work? What is a Jewel Status?

How do I use my credits to obtain rewards?

There are three ways to use your credits to obtain rewards:

  1. Rewards Center: Our Rewards Center offers a wide array of exciting rewards, including concessions, admission tickets, sweepstakes entries, posters, apparel and merchandise. Simply log in to the App, click “Redeem Credits” and then click “Shop Online,” or log in online and click “Redeem Credits.” Then, choose your rewards by adding items to your shopping cart and then check out! The “cost” (in credits) of the reward will be deducted from your credit balance.
  2. App: Certain rewards (e.g., admission tickets; certain concessions rewards (including upsize vouchers)) are available directly via the App (rather than shopping online in the Rewards Center). Simply log in to the App, click “Redeem Credits” and then click “Use My Credits” under the desired reward and follow the instructions.
  3. Point of Sale: Certain rewards (e.g., admission tickets; certain concessions rewards (including drink and popcorn upsizes)) are available at the box office or concession stand of Regal Theatres.

Credits earned in the old Regal rewards program were converted to credits in the new Crown Club program at the beginning of 2016 such that, upon conversion, each member in the old Regal rewards program was just as close to an admission ticket reward as such member was as of termination of the old Regal rewards program. For example, a patron with 295 credits in the old program was five credits (a $5 purchase) away from earning an admission ticket reward, so upon conversion to new Crown Club program credits, such patron was credited with 14,500 credits, which is 500 credits (a $5 purchase) away from earning an admission ticket reward.

However, if you haven’t registered as a member of the new Crown Club, you may only earn credits (see “How do I earn credits with my Card?” above) and may not redeem credits for rewards. Once you register (see “What does registering a Card mean?” above for further information on how to register your Card), you may enjoy all of the benefits of the new Crown Club program, including the ability to redeem your credits (see “How do I use my credits to obtain rewards?” above). Also, members in the old Regal rewards program were awarded Visits in the new Crown Club program based on such members’ activity at Regal theatres in the 12 months prior to January 1, 2016, when Visits under the new Crown Jewel bonus program began to accrue.

It depends. If you make a purchase at the box office or concession stand, you may still earn credits for such purchase by providing the cashier with the valid phone number that you have attached to your Crown Club account, which the cashier can use to look up the account. However, this option is not available for admission ticket purchases (1) at an in-theatre kiosk (where you must swipe your Card or enter your Card number) or (2) online (where you must enter your Card number).

BUT! KEEP YOUR RECEIPT! The receipt you receive for purchases made at the box office will include a printed credit claim code. If you are unable to earn credits (e.g., you are not a Crown Club member; you forgot your Card and Card number) for a purchase that would otherwise be eligible to earn credits, log in

to your account, click the “Add Credits from Receipts” button, enter the credit claim code from your receipt, and click “Submit,” and you will receive credits for that purchase. If you were not a Crown Club member at the time of purchase, you will need to enroll in the Crown Club before the credit claim code can be processed (see “How do I join the Crown Club?” above). Please allow 24 hours for the credits to appear in your account.

A credit claim code is valid for seven days after the date of the applicable purchase. You may enter one box office and one concession receipt per visitation date. Code will only process if there are no existing like transactions on visitation date. Claim Code function does not add credits for:

  • purchasing alcohol;
  • redeeming complimentary passes or emergency tickets;
  • payments made to Regal for Group Sales ticket packages (i.e.. abooking in advance of 25 tickets or more via Regal's online Event Request Form or by calling 1-800-792-8244), including private screenings, or birthday party service fees (but note that if you simply purchase tickets for a group at full price at the box office, at in-theatre kiosks or online, you will receive credits for that purchase);
  • purchasing gift cards, Super Saver tickets (e.g., "Premiere Movie Ticket"; "VIP" ticket; "Ultimate Movie Pack" ticket) or tickets to Regal's Summer Movie Express program, or sponsorship of Regal's Summer Movie Express program; or
  • convenience fees charged by online third-party ticket retailers.

Examples:

  • You scanned your app at the box office but forgot to scan at the concession stand. Your code from the concession purchase will work in this scenario.
  • You scanned your app at the box office and concession stand then return the same day to watch another movie and buy concessions but do not scan. Your claim code receipts from your second visit will not work on your account because you already have a box office and concession transaction for that date.

NOTE: If you forget your Card and Card number but still want to earn credits when making a purchase, you can access the account associated with a registered Card via the App by entering the email and password credentials for such account on the App’s log-in screen. Then, tap the purple Card on the home screen to see your Card number, which you can then provide to the cashier or enter online or at an in-theatre kiosk when making a purchase.

Is there a maximum number of credits that can be earned per day?

No - there is no daily cap on credits. However, all of your credits will expire if you do not earn any credits for more than a year from the date that you last earned credits.

How can I keep track of my credits?

Credits earned for a purchase and your total credits balance can each be found in several places:

  • On the App (you can access the account associated with either a registered physical Crown Club card or a registered virtual Crown Club card via the App by entering the email and password credentials for such account on the App’s log-in screen; additional details on the Regal mobile app page).
  • At an in-theater kiosk if you swipe your Card or enter your Card number
  • Online (once you log in, your current point balance will appear near the top of the page in green)
  • At the customer service desk of a Regal Theatre

NOTE: Credits may take up to 72 hours to post to your account.

How will you deliver my chosen rewards?

There are three possible delivery methods for items you obtain from the Rewards Center by redeeming credits.

  1. Physically-shipped items like movie posters and other merchandise will be mailed to the shipping address you provide when you checkout from the Rewards Center. Shipping and handling fees apply. Please allow at least 5-12 business days for shipping.
  2. Rewards like popcorn, drinks, concessions upsize vouchers and admission tickets are automatically loaded onto your Card. These rewards can be redeemed during your next visit to a Regal Theatre by simply providing the cashier with your Card or Card number. Such rewards can also be obtained by redeeming your credits at the box office or concession stand or via the App.
  3. Items designated as “Digitally Delivered” will be provided to you by email to the email address associated with your Crown Club account, which email will contain a unique code and redemption instructions. Simply follow the redemption instructions and use the provided code to receive your reward.

Regardless of the delivery method, you will always receive an email confirmation to the email address associated with your Crown Club account with transaction details for your records.

Can I return or get a refund for rewards?

It depends on the type of reward. Please see for further information.

Do I need a physical Crown Club card to redeem rewards that are “loaded onto my Card” (like popcorn and drinks)?

No. You may present your physical Crown Club card or virtual Crown Club card, or provide the cashier with the valid phone number that you’ve attached to your account or your Card number, in order to redeem such rewards. To see which rewards you have loaded onto your Card, simply (1) click on the “My Crown Club” button after logging in to your Crown Club account (any earned but unused rewards that have been loaded onto your Card will be displayed above the main banner) or (2) tap the purple Card on the App’s home screen.

Do I need to use a physical Crown Club card in order to earn credits when I make purchases at the box office, concession stand or in-theatre kiosks or will the virtual Crown Club card on my phone suffice?

You can use your physical Crown Club card, your virtual Crown Club card created via the App (download at https://www.regmovies.oom/promotions/mobile) or at https://www.regmovies.com/rcc/register, the valid phone number you’ve attached to your account, or your Card number to earn credits for purchases at the box office or concession stand

You can use your Card or Card number to earn credits for purchases made at in-theatre kiosks.

To earn credits from ticket purchases online, you’ll need to enter your Card number during the transaction (but note that you will not earn credits on convenience fees charged by any online third-party ticket retailer).

Do my credits have an expiration date?

Credits will expire one year from the date the credits are earned (except that all credits earned prior to January 1, 2021 (including the credits and rewards restored to your Crown Club account in connection with the reopening of Regal theatres) will expire on December 23, 2021).

Example: If you earn credits on October 1, 2021, those credits will expire as of October 1, 2022.

Example: If you earned credits on December 27, 2020, those credits will expire as of December 27, 2021.

Do any rewards that I can obtain by redeeming credits expire?

Yes. Certain rewards are valid only until the expiration date indicated in the product details. Please review product details (by clicking on the image of the item or the blue “View Details” button in the Rewards Center) before purchasing any reward. Drink and popcorn rewards generally expire 60 days after redemption and movie rewards generally expire 90 days after redemption. Special limited time surprise offers may have a shorter redemption window.

Additionally, if you do not earn any credits in any 12-month period, earned but unused rewards will expire.

Do I earn credits for purchasing gift cards or Super Saver tickets (e.g., “Premiere Movie Ticket”; “VIP” ticket; “Ultimate Movie Pack” ticket)?

No. However, credits are earned if you use your Card or Card number when redeeming physical gift cards or e-gift cards (including any Regal gift card included in the “Ultimate Movie Pack”) for admission tickets or concessions, or when redeeming Super Saver tickets at the box office for admission tickets.

Do I earn credits for redeeming complementary passes or emergency tickets?

No.

Do I earn credits on convenience fees charged by online third-party ticket retailers?

No.

Do I earn credits for payments made to Regal for Group Sales, private screenings and birthday parties?

  • Group Sales: No, but you may receive a discount on the price of each ticket in a Group Sales package. Please see our “Group Sales” webpage for further information.
  • Private Screenings: No, unless you purchase all tickets for a private screening at full price at the box office rather than using Regal’s “Group Sales” purchase option.
  • Birthday Parties: You do not receive any credits for birthday party-related fees (e.g., any services fee that Regal may charge), but you do receive credits for tickets purchased at full price at the box office for birthday party attendees.

NOTE: A “Group Sale” means a booking in advance of 25 tickets or more via our online Event Request Form or by calling 1-800-792-8244. If you simply purchase tickets for a group at full price at the box office, at in-theatre kiosks or online, you will receive credits for that purchase.

Do I earn credits for ticket purchases made at in-theatre kiosks?

Yes. Cards and Card numbers may be used to earn credits when purchasing tickets at in-theatre kiosks at Regal Theatres.

Do I earn credits for ticket purchases made online?

Yes, but not on convenience fees charged by online third-party ticket retailers. If you enter your Card number when purchasing admission tickets online, you will earn credits for those ticket purchases regardless of whether the purchases are made via the App, through the Regal website

, or through Fandango.com, MovieTickets.com, AtomTickets.com or another online third-party ticket retailer approved by Regal in its sole discretion (except that you will not earn credits on any convenience fees charged by any such retailer).

Can I give my Crown Club credits to someone else?

No. Credits are not transferable.

Can I exchange my Crown Club credits for cash?

No.

Are credit values for rewards different depending on how I redeem my credits?

It’s possible! Rewards may have different credit redemption values online (i.e., in the Rewards Center or on the App) versus in-theatre (e.g., the ‘cost’ of a reward may be less if credits are redeemed for such reward via the Rewards Center or the App rather than at the box office or concession stand). Please see the Regal Crown Club information page for credit redemption values online and in-theatre for certain rewards.

Do credit values for rewards change?

Credit values assigned to any reward are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.

What if I notice that credits I’ve earned haven’t been added to my credit balance (e.g., I used my Card when spending $10 at the box office today, but my credit balance hasn’t increased at all)?

Please allow up to 72 hours for credits to reflect on your account.

Then, if the credit balance still has not changed, please log in to your account and click the “Edit Profile” button (or, if you use a virtual Crown Club card, tap the purple Card on the home screen of the App or log in to your Crown Club account online) to confirm that the Card or Card number you used to make the purchase is the same as the Card number attached to such account. If the Card numbers don’t match, please use the Card number in such account for your next purchase. If the Card numbers match and you’ve waited 72 hours for our system to update, and your credit balance still appears inaccurate, please (i) redeem the credit claim code printed on your receipt for the applicable purchase as set forth in “CREDITS, REWARDS, AND OTHER BENEFITS” above or (ii) send an email via the contact form and we will investigate.

What if credits are incorrectly calculated for a purchase I make (e.g., I used my Card when spending $10 at the box office today but only received 600 credits)?

If it appears that credits were incorrectly calculated for a purchase, you must request a credit adjustment from customer service at the Regal Theatre at which the purchase occurred (or, if the purchase was made online, the Regal Theatre for which the admission ticket was purchased) within seven days of the purchase. Regal reserves the right to require proof of accrual of such credits from you, including but not limited to copies of receipts or similar documentation verifying any transactions claimed to have been performed.

Why does my account show that I have zero credits? I know that I should have credits.

Your account could be showing “0” for a couple of reasons.

  • If you have just created your account, please allow up to 72 hours for the system to update and show the correct credit balance.
  • If your account is already in existence, but you haven’t used your Card or Card number while (1) making a purchase at the box office, concession stand or in-theatre kiosk or (2) purchasing an admission ticket online to a movie showing at a Regal Theatre, in each case in over 42 consecutive months, then your Card may have been purged from our system as a part of our regular database maintenance. If that is the case, please simply register a new Card.
  • If your account is already in existence and you have used your Card as described above in the last 42 months, please log in to your account and click the “Edit Profile” button (or, if you use a virtual Crown Club card, tap the purple Card on the home screen of the App or log in to your Crown Club account online) to confirm that the Card or Card number you used to make the purchase is the same as the Card number attached to such account. If the Card numbers don’t match, please use the Card number in such account for your next purchase. If the Card numbers match and you’ve waited 72 hours for our system to update, and your credit balance still appears inaccurate, please contact us via our contact form and we will investigate.

What if someone spends my credits without my permission?

Regal has no obligation to reimburse any credits that are spent pursuant to any unauthorized use of your Card, log-in credentials or other account information.

You are responsible for ensuring the security of your Card, log-in credentials and account information. If you do not want another person to use your Card or account, do not share your Card, log-in credentials or account information with that person.

How can I receive coupons and special offers?

We may provide coupons and special offers to Crown Club members and other customers from time to time at our discretion. These special offers may be provided via email or SMS messages, through the Regal app or Regal newsletter, or on our website. To make sure you are receiving coupons and special offers Regal makes available through SMS messages, simply log in to your Crown Club account and click on the “Edit Profile” button of the Crown Club page. Then, make sure to check the box that is labeled “Send me SMS messages for updates.”

I love movies. I love social media. Any advice?

Yes! You can connect your Facebook and/or Twitter account to your Crown Club account. Go to “Edit Profile,” click the appropriate button under “Social Rewards” on the right side of the screen, and then follow the instructions. Once you have connected your Facebook and/or Twitter account, you can sign in to your Crown Club account with your Facebook or Twitter (as applicable) log-in credentials.

This is great. Are there any other programs or benefits I should know about?

Yes! Regal’s new Unlimited Subscription Program is a membership tier of the Crown Club which is subject to separate terms and conditions. CROWN CLUB PROGRAM ACCOUNTS AND CARDS

Where can I find my Card number?

Your Card number can be found on the physical Crown Club card itself or, for both members who have physical Crown Club cards and members who have virtual Crown Club cards, under “Edit Profile” when logged in to your account online or by tapping the purple Card on the home screen in the App.

If I have a physical Crown Club card, is it possible to use a corresponding virtual Crown Club card on my phone instead?

If you have a physical Crown Club card registered online, you can create a corresponding virtual Crown Club card simply by logging in to the App using the same email and password credentials used to create your online account. New members that sign up through the App automatically receive a virtual Crown Club card. A virtual Crown Club card can be used just like a physical Crown Club card at the box office or concession stand (at an in-theatre kiosk, you have to enter your Card number or swipe your physical Crown Club card).

What are the benefits of providing a valid mobile phone number?

We can use your mobile number to pull up your Crown Club account in the event you forget your Card and Card number when making purchases at the box office or concession stand to ensure you earn credits for such purchases. Also, you may wish to opt in to receiving coupons and special offers at the mobile phone number you provide to us via autodialed or prerecorded marketing calls and text/SMS messages. Depending on the terms of your service agreement with your wireless provider, message and data rates may apply. You are not required to opt in to such telemarketing calls and messages to become or remain a Crown Club member, and if you do opt in, you can opt out of receiving such calls and messages at any time. Access your account information to add or update your mobile phone number by clicking on “Edit Profile” in your online Crown Club account or navigating to the account information page in the App.

Can I get a duplicate Crown Club card for a family member or friend?

No. To protect your account and personal information, we do not offer Card duplication services. We encourage each individual within the same household, 13 years of age or older, to sign up for a Card and start earning credits and Jewel Statuses. However, friends and family members may share a Card if they wish.

I've lost my Crown Club card! What should I do?

Regal is no longer offering replacement physical Crown Club cards. If your Card was registered, simply download the App and sign in with your Crown Club account log-in credentials to access your account number and the corresponding virtual Crown Club card associated with your account (or you can view your account number by logging in to your account). You can then use either your account number or your virtual Crown Club card to earn credits in the Crown Club (please see “How do I earn credits with my Card” above). Your account information, including your credit balance and unused rewards, will remain the same and the physical card will be permanently deactivated in our system and rendered unusable in order to safeguard your account.

Or, you can make purchases without your Card and then redeem the credit claim codes printed on your receipts as set forth in “CREDITS, REWARDS, AND OTHER BENEFITS” above.

If your lost physical Crown Club card was not registered, please contact Regal for assistance (please see “HELP!” below). If Regal cannot locate your account for any reason, you will need to download the App or sign up online to join the Crown Club and obtain a virtual Crown Club card.

Will my Card work at all Regal Entertainment Group theatres?

Your Card will work at all Regal theatres.

Can I cancel my Crown Club account if I have an Unlimited Subscription Program membership?

No. You must first cancel your Unlimited Subscription Program membership and then cancel your Crown Club account.

MISCELLANEOUS

How does Regal Entertainment Group protect my privacy after I register my Card?

We value your business and respect your personal information. To protect your privacy, we do not sell your information to other companies. We may use information for internal marketing purposes and to provide you with certain offers and rewards. We also use information collected through our website to prevent and detect fraud, infringement, and other potential misuse of the website. We do share your information under certain circ*mstances with third parties that provide services on our behalf. Please see the “Our Use of Your Information” section of our Privacy Policy.

I think someone might be logging in to my account or spending my credits!

Please login to your Crown Club account and click the “Change Password” button, and then follow the prompts to change your password. Please change your password regularly to ensure security of your account and follow these guidelines when choosing a password: (i) use at least eight characters, (ii) use special characters (e.g., #; $; &; *; @@), and (iii) use a combination of upper case and lower case letters.

You are responsible for ensuring the security of your Card, log-in credentials and account information. If you do not want another person to use your Card or account, do not share your Card, log-in credentials or account information with that person.

Regal has no obligation to reimburse any credits that are spent pursuant to any unauthorized use of your Card, log-in credentials or other account information.

Will my Crown Club membership ever be deactivated, suspended or terminated?

To maintain our databases, Regal routinely purges non-active member files. If you do not use your Card or Card number when making a purchase at a Regal Theatre (or purchasing a ticket online to a movie at a Regal Theatre) for over 42 consecutive months, we may purge all of your data from our system without notice to you and deactivate your Card so that it is unusable. If your account has been purged, simply register a new Card.

Regal may suspend or terminate your membership in the Crown Club at any time, for any reason, without liability to Regal. In such case, your membership in the Crown Club will be terminated or suspended 45 days after notice to you. Upon your death, your membership in the Crown Club will terminate immediately.

What does it mean when a movie is designated as “NO PASS”?

Sometimes, Regal cannot accept free ticket passes (including admission ticket rewards earned by redeeming credits) during the first few weeks of a movie's theatrical release. This is a policy that movie studios set with theatres for certain movies and show times. Please contact your local Regal Theatre directly if you have questions about whether your pass or reward is valid for a particular movie and show time.

Will I receive any communications from Regal as a member of the Crown Club?

Yes. As a member of the Crown Club, you are automatically subscribed to our weekly newsletter, and you may receive other e-mails from Regal containing special offers or promotions or transactional e-mails. We may also provide coupons and special offers to Crown Club members via SMS messages, through the App or on our website. To make sure you are receiving coupons and special offers Regal makes available through SMS messages, simply log in to your Crown Club account and click on the “Edit Profile” button of the Crown Club page. Then, make sure to check the box that is labeled “Send me SMS messages for updates.” Depending on the terms of your service agreement with your wireless provider, message and data rates may apply.
