How do you have more than 10 mannequins in Sims 4? ›

I've always added more mannequins to a Lot just by putting a selection of them into a room and saving as a blueprint. When you place the room down on your Lot the game doesn't prevent the extra mannequins being placed.

Applying this mod to your game will allow you to place mannequins up to a new cap of 1000 without the need for the user to download mannequin rooms from the gallery. Since the cap has been altered, the game will no longer prevent you from placing mannequins directly out of the catalog after you have already placed 10.

To do this activate the cheat console, type in “bb.moveobjects on”, and select the object you'd like to place and you'll find that you can put it anywhere inside your lot.

On Console

To make the object bigger, hold down LT + RT and press up on the D-pad. Each time you press up on the D-pad, the object will get larger. To make the object smaller, hold down LT + RT and press down on the D-pad. Each time you press down on the D-pad the object will get smaller.

Tip: Holding down the ALT key will also let you place an object freely, so it won't snap to the grid. Using the Move Objects cheat also helps you place objects freely, even if they overlap.

All of the lot sizes in the game are fixed, and there is nothing we can do to make them bigger. There are no secret tactics or hacks that would make this available, and also no other cheats that can influence it.

Make sure you're in Build/Buy Mode and that you've selected (highlighted) the item to resize. Also, not every item can be resized (e.g. fences, stairs, etc.).
