If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return through ourReturns portal, if eligible. The return conditions apply to all products purchased at 100percent.com and proof of purchase must be presented when making your return request, within the return period.

Returns & Exchange Eligibility:

Products that do not meet our eligibility criteria may be refused and returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse discretion returns where multiple styles and sizes have been purchased.

Final Sale All sales are final on closeout or discontinued products. These select items are labelled as Final Sale on the product detail page, and are not eligible for return.

Once you have completed the required information in ourReturns portal, a prepaid return shipping label is provided. One will be emailed to you if your request is handled through customer service.

Please ensure all returned products are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Under our Returns & Exchange Policy we offer the following options:

  1. Refund to the original payment method.

  2. Exchange for an alternative product that is identically priced.

  3. Store Credit (Gift Card) to be used on 100percent.com, to the value of the returned item(s).

Refunds

Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange

Once your return is approved, your exchange order will be processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm the order and tracking will be provided once shipped. Please refer to our Shipping Policy if you have any questions.

Store Credit

Once your return is approved, a gift card for the full value of the returned item(s) will be issued to the email address provided at checkout.
