Sangeeta Pendurkar is an Independent and Non-executive Director at Signify Innovations India Limited. She is also the CEO of Pantaloons and Jaypore, at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL).
Sangeeta has had a successful career of over 30 years spanning across four diverse sectors i.e. FMCG, pharmaceuticals, financial services and retail. Prior to her current role, she was the Managing Director for Kellogg - India and South Asia.
Before joining Kellogg India, she has held senior positions at Coca-Cola India, HSBC Bank, Hindustan Unilever and at Novartis (then Hindustan Ciba-Geigy), where she started her career.
She has been listed as Fortune’s most powerful women in business for six consecutive years from 2012 to 2017. She is one of the top 50 most influential women in media and marketing for 2020. She is also on Business Today’s list of Most Powerful women in Indian Business for 2020. She was also recognized as the “CEO of the Year” at the ET Prime Women Leadership Awards, 2020.
Sangeeta is currently a Whole-time Director for Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited. She is also an Independent Director on the board of Vistara Airlines.
