Byusing the Staples Print app, you can print PDF documents that are stored inyour Staples account, in other apps and in email messages on your iPhone, or oncloud services such as Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox and Google Drive.
ForPDF documents stored in your Staples account:
- On the PDF Sourcesscreen, tap Staples.
- Tap the album where yourPDF documents are stored.
- Tap the document(s) youwish to print or tap the Select All toggle switch in the upper-right cornerto select all documents. You can preview a file by tapping on the magnifyingglass icon. Selected documents are highlighted blue.
- Once you have finishedselecting your documents, tap Continue.
ForPDF documents stored in other apps or in email messages on your iPhone:
- Open the app or browser that has the PDF file that you want to print.
- Open the PDF file and select the Open In option or the share icon. Note thatcertain apps may have the Open In option hidden within More.
- Select the Staples Print app from the list.
The Staples Print app opens withyour PDF file selected. - Tap Continue.
ForPDF documents stored on a cloud service:
- Tap your chosen cloudservice on the PDF Sources screen.
- You may now be asked tosign in to your cloud service. Note that your cloud service hosts this screen,not Staples. Staples cannot access your cloud service password.
- If your cloud servicecontains albums, tap the album where your PDF documents are stored.
- Tap the document(s) youwish to print or tap the Select All toggle switch in the upper-right cornerto select all documents. You can preview a file by tapping the magnifying glassicon. Selected documents are highlighted blue.
- Once you have finishedselecting your documents, tap Continue.
