1. GOAT USA Shipping Information

We offer free shipping for orders over $110 (pre-tax) delivered within the US.

Orders are processed by GOAT USA within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). Note: We get backlogged during sale events and the holiday season, which could delay your shipment.

All GOAT USA products are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).


USPS FIRST CLASS PACKAGE

After processing by the GOAT USA team, deliveries arrive in 1–3 Business Days. All orders under 16 ounces are shipped First Class unless customer chooses otherwise.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL

After processing by the GOAT USA team, deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days depending on where your package is going. All orders over 16 ounces are sent via Priority Mail.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS

After processing by the GOAT USA team, Overnight delivery is available to most U.S. addresses and PO Boxes Priority Mail Express delivers 7 days a week, 365 days a year (with limited exceptions). Please note this is the fastest service available through USPS and they are reliable in getting the item to you overnight and in some rare exceptions (remote villages, severe weather) the item may arrive in two days.

2. Additional Information

  • Custom/Fundraising orders are delivered to the Custom Event lead coordinator and are not mailed to individual customers.
  • We do not offer international shipping except for Canada.
  • Orders are shipped from the GOAT USA premises located in Plainview, New York.
  • Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation or shipping confirmation email?

We send out a confirmation email when the order is placed. After the order ships, you will receive a shipping email that includes tracking information. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam/junk folder or check with the GOAT USA customer service team to confirm the email address has been entered correctly.

GOAT USA and its carriers will not be shipping or delivering on:
