Can I return shoes to any Skechers store? ›

Unworn items with an original receipt will be issued a refund based on the original form of payment. Unworn items without an original receipt will be issued a store credit or an exchange for the items current selling price. Purchases from skechers.com may always be returned to any Skechers store.

NuShoe specializes in rebuilding Skechers shoes by hand using factory quality materials. You can place your order online for all types of shoes, boots, sandals and high heels. Our turn around time is 3-4 weeks which includes the round trip shipping time.

Skechers does not accept returns if the shoes have been worn outside.

Many chain shoe stores and online vendors have return policies that specify the shoes must be unworn and in the original packaging. That means that you should only wear them indoors on clean surfaces for a few days before deciding to return them. If they appear to be worn, you may not get a refund or exchange.

For any other product related issues or manufacturing defects, please write your concerns to customercare.india@skechers.com within 90 days from the date of purchase with supporting images and detailed description of the issue with copy of the original invoice.

If you have a quality concern with your recently purchased Skechers shoes they may be eligible for replacement. Products purchased within 2 years are eligible to be returned for inspection. Typically, we suggest working with the original place of purchase towards a replacement or credit.

We recommend doing this after every 6-7 wears to keep them protected. 2. How to clean your Skechers: Machine Washable Skechers: Styles which specifies "Machine Washable" under it's 'Product Details' (see example below) can be safely machine washed on a gentle cycle and air-dried.

Option 2: Return at any Skechers retail store (excluding Guam retail locations). For a refund, customers must provide a receipt from Skechers.com.

It is recommended to replace your Skechers shoes every 6 to 12 months or when they show signs of wear and tear. Worn-out shoes may lose their supportive features and increase the risk of discomfort.

Sketchers DO NOT have appropriate stability in the upper fabric and the heel counter to complement an orthotic. As such, you will probably find the orthotic redundant, or in worse case contributing to the cause of injury. Remember, an orthotic does 50% of the work. The shoe does the other 50%.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a specific warranty on our products. We review faulty, soiled or damaged items on a case by case basis.

It depends on the store's return policy. Some stores may allow returns to any location, while others may require returns to be made at the original location of purchase. It's best to check the store's return policy before attempting to return an item to a different location.

Information. At this time, we do not accept returns for purchases made at any Skechers store or factory outlet location. We are unable to refund your payment method if you mail your item to our facility. You can return your store purchase to any store location in the U.S.

Please note: This policy is for U.S. customers only. Take the item(s) you would like to return to any Foot Locker Inc. store nationwide (Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Champs Sports, Footaction, or SIX:02). Refunds can be processed at any of these locations.

Returning an online item to the store will reduce wait times for your refund or exchange. Replace the item in its original packaging. Bring your item, original packaging, the credit card you used, if applicable and the receipt. Go to the Returns or Customer Service department at the store.
