Suqah can be a good Slayer task, due to the relatively high amount of experience per hour that can be gained from killing them with the help of a dwarf multicannon. However, the use of a dwarf multicannon and toxic blowpipe will also result in a loss of coins due to their lack of valuable drops.
If using the northern area on Lunar Isle, players should pray Protect from Magic and wear armour with high Melee defense, as these suqah attack with both a melee attack and a magic attack.
Players wishing to avoid the magic damage should fight the suqah on the southern part of the island, such as near the Astral Altar, as these attack with only melee. There are also three melee-only suqah on the south-west part of the island, over the bridge (abutting the city wall); specifically, a cannon can be placed directly north-west of the dead tree to target the melee-only suqah while avoiding the single mage-dealing suqah in the vicinity.

It is possible to cannon and safespot suqahs on the northern part of Lunar isle. They can be safespotted by standing next to the hill and hitting them with ranged (as pictured above).

Suqah are also located on the southern part of the island, albeit more sparsely.
These do not attack with magic, therefore making it a good spot for players assigned suqah as a Slayer task that do not wish to use the Protect from Magic prayer.
Their damage can be mitigated entirely with Guthan's equipment.
