I agree with Daniella.....they were all roughly around the same age, 16-17.
Except Chuck! It was said he was about 13-14.

But didn't it say in the book they Thomas entered the maze when he was like 14...? Like, at a flashback in The Scorch Trials?

I think he was about 15-17 in the book but it never mensioned a birthday and, I felt so bad when he had that flashback of his mother and she turned into a crank.

Yeah... Poor kid o.o

When Thomas first comes to the maze, he asked Chuck to guess his age and Chuck says 16.
Thomas points out that Chuck is 12.
He also states that Alby, Minho, and Newt are the oldest boys in the Maze, and the only ones older than himself.

Thomas is about 16
Newt and Minho are a bit older, as is Alby I think.
Gally is 15
Chuck is 12 or 13
Teresa 15/16

This are all what Thomas thinks when he's in the Glade.

Oh, well, he may have had a flashback when he was 14, but in the Glade, when he first arrived to the Maze, he is 16.

Thomas enters the Maze at the age of 16 (chuck pointed that out). I think Teresa is the same age. Minho, Newt and Alby are 17 or 18 (they were the eldest in the Maze). Gally was 15 and Brenda was the same age as Thomas. Chuck was 12 (Thomas pointed that out in the Maze
