I love this shop. It is iconic and HUGE! From the food halls to the many, many floors of things I can't afford, it is a great place to take in while in London. It can get really crowded on weekends though which makes it difficult to get around easily and enjoy the experience.

a huge name but very crowded! not organised each two months they rotate the things, Souvenir shop must be in the Ground floor!

Me and my family visited Harrods for the first time while we were on a sightseeing weekend in London and although it was quite a while from where we were staying it was well worth it, the building it's self is simply stunning and the store it's self has everything you could ever imagine from pets clothing to gold bars it really is an attraction in it's self and ill be returning again very soon!

This is our first time visiting Harrods and we don't feel like being welcomed at all. The security guard at the entrance and most of the staffs in Harrods are arrogant. They thought that they are "upper" class since they are working in Harrods (one of the famous store in the world) but they forgot that we are the customer and we are the one paying. Some bad attitude of the staffs there made us just wanna leave the building as soon as possible and not to even spend a penny there. Their attitude spoil my mood for the whole day. I don't think I will come here again during my next visit to London, it just not worth it.

Harrods. The allure of the green sign and the opportunity to shop in England’s premier Department store. However, once you are in, you are in for what seems like forever. They’ve got you and your credit card and you are not leaving. Locating an exit is a momentous task and as the hours tick on the lack of natural light makes you lose all sense of time. Give me Selfridges any day.
