It's been 20 years since Felicity premiered on The WB on Sept. 29, 1998.
Keri Russell, Scott Speedman, Amy Jo Johnson, Tangi Miller, Scott Foley, Greg Grunberg, Amanda Foreman and Ian Gomez made up the main cast of the series. J.J. Abrams and Matt Reeves created Felicity, while Brian Grazer and Ron Howard served as producers through Imagine Entertainment.
The show follows recent high school graduate Felicity Porter (Russell) after her high school crush Ben (Speedman) signs her senior yearbook and reveals that he wished he could have gotten to know her better. Touched by the note, Felicity makes a last-minute change to her college plans and moves across the country to attend school at the University of New York, where Ben will be studying.
Felicityran for four seasons, with its finale airing May 22, 2002.

Scott Speedman (Ben Covington)
The actor starred as Felicity's high-school crush turned college friend and eventual boyfriend. Since his turn as Ben, Speedman starred on the ABC military drama Last Resort in 2012 and more recently played Barry "Baz" Blackwell on the TNT series Animal Kingdom. The actor recently made a guest appearance on Grey's Anatomy as Dr. Nick Marsh. His film credits include Dark Blue, The 24th Day, The Strangers, The Vow and The Monster. Speedman is also known for his portrayal of Michael Corvin in the 2003 filmUnderworld and he reprised the role for the 2006 sequel,Underworld: Evolution.
Amy Jo Johnson (Julie Emrick)
The actress and singer played Julie, Felicity's first friend at college. Prior to her role on Felicity, Johnson starred on the children's television series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers as the original Pink Ranger. She left Felicity at the beginning of the show's third season but appeared as a special guest star in its fourth and final season. Since leaving Felicity, Johnson starred on the fourth season of Lifetime's crime drama The Division as Stacy Reynolds. She then starred as Jules Callaghan in the CTV police drama Flashpoint from 2008 to 2012. Johnson has appeared in the films Verita, Prince of Truth and Tiger Eyes. She made her directorial debut with the 2013 short film Bent, which was followed by the 2014 short film Lines. She went on to direct the feature film The Space Between in 2017, which she also wrote, produced and starred in. Johnson has also released three albums. Her first album, The Trans-American Treatment, debuted in 2001. Imperfect followed in 2005. Her most recent album, Never Broken, was released in 2013.
Tangi Miller (Elena Tyler)
Miller played New York native Elena Tyler, Felicity's intensely driven fellow premed student who ultimately becomes a close friend as well as a study partner. Miller's role on Felicity was her first major acting job. Following the final season, the actress went on to make guest appearances on CBS' The District, CTV's The Division and UPN's Half & Half. Miller's film roles include Leprechaun: Back 2 Tha Hood, Madea's Family Reunion, Guardian of Eden and Hollywood Chaos. Her most recent movie role was in 2016'sDiva Diaries, which she also directed.
Scott Foley (Noel Crane)
Felicity viewers first met Noel as Felicity's freshman year resident adviser, who quickly becomes her confidant and later her boyfriend, spending the rest of the series in a love triangle with her and Ben. Foley's career hasn't slowed down since Felicity. His television work includes recurring roles on Scrubs, Cougar Town, Grey's Anatomy andUndateable. He starred as Bob Brown on CBS' The Unit, as Patrick Evans on HBO's True Blood and as Jake Ballard on ABC's Scandal, which aired its seventh and final season in 2018. Foley's film roles include Below and Naked. He wrote, directed, produced and starred in the 2014 black comedy film Let's Kill Ward's Wife. Foley has also taken his acting chops to the stage, appearing in the 2003 Broadway production of The Violet Hour, the 2005 Off-Broadway production of The Cherry Orchard and the 2014 Westwood production of The Country House. The actor is set to star in the upcoming ABC drama Whiskey Cavalier as FBI Agent Will Chase.
Greg Grunberg (Sean Blumberg)
Grunberg, Abrams' longtime friend who's had a role in many of the director's projects, played Sean, Ben's entrepreneurial roommate. Julie, Noel and Meghan, whom Sean ends up marrying, all eventually live in his apartment at some point throughout the series. Following the conclusion ofFelicity, Grunberg's Eric Weiss on ABC's Alias was upgraded to a main character in the third season. He returned to the status of a recurring character in Alias' fifth and final season. Grunberg starred on Heroes as Matt Parkman from 2006 to 2010. He also starred on NBC's short-lived series Love Bites from 2010 to 2011. Grunberg has had recurring roles onThe Client List, Baby Daddy, Masters of Sex, Criminal Minds and The Flash. He reprised his role as Matt Parkman in the 2015 miniseries Heroes: Reborn. Grunberg's film appearances include parts in Mission: Impossible III, Star Trek, Let's Kill Ward's Wife and Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Amanda Foreman (Meghan Rotundi)
Foreman portrayed Meghan, who was introduced in the first season as Felicity's roommate. While she and Felicity originally appear to be polar opposites and don't get along, they eventually form a lasting friendship. Following the end of Felicity, Foreman had the recurring roles of Carrie Bowman on Alias and of Suze Lessing on Parenthood. From 2013 to 2016, Foreman played the recurring role of Barbara McKidden on MTV's Awkward. She has made guest appearances on shows including ER, Grey's Anatomy, House and The Catch. Foreman's film credits include Happy Endings, Star Trek, Super 8 and Star Trek Into Darkness.
Ian Gomez (Javier Clemente Quintata)
Gomez played Javier, who was introduced as a recurring character for the first three seasons and was promoted to a series regular in the fourth season. The outgoing character served as Felicity and Ben's manager at Dean & DeLuca. Prior to his role on Felicity, Gomez played the recurring role of Larry Almada on The Drew Carey Show from 1995 to 2004. He went on to star as Danny Sanchez on The Norm Show from 1999 to 2001. The actor starred as Adrian on the short-lived ABC comedy Jake in Progress from 2005 to 2006. He also starred on the Lifetime sitcom Rita Rocks before joining the cast of Cougar Town as Andy Torres in 2009. He hosted the first two seasons of The Great British Baking Show on CBS alongside wife Nia Vardalos from whom he recently separated. Gomez most recently starred as Father Gene in the CBS sitcom Living Biblically, though it was canceled after one season. The actor's film roles include My Big Fat Greek Wedding and its 2016 sequel, which were partially based on his relationship with Vardalos; My Life in Ruins; I Hate Valentine's Day; Larry Crowne; and Dude.
