Why won't my concert tickets add to Apple Wallet? ›

Ensure you've upgraded your phone to the latest iOS, you're using the latest version of our app and that any ticket within the Ticketmaster account hasn't been downloaded to another fan's Apple Wallet. Once you're on the latest version of each, press the add-to-wallet button.

Update to the latest version of iOS, watchOS, macOS, or visionOS. Confirm that you have Face ID, Touch ID, Optic ID, or a passcode set on your device. Make sure that you are in a supported country or region. Check that your device is compatible with Apple Pay.

If you can't see an option to add your boarding pass, ticket or other pass to the Wallet app, contact the merchant or company that issued it to make sure they support passes in the Wallet app.

Your phone may not support the latest iOS which is required to add tickets to your wallet. You may be attempting to add tickets that are already in someone else's wallet. Any tickets purchased from an individual Ticketmaster account can only be linked to one Apple ID.

Check that you're able to use Apple Pay: Contact your card issuer to see if they support Apple Pay. Update to the latest version of iOS, watchOS, macOS or visionOS. Confirm that you have Face ID, Touch ID, Optic ID or a passcode set on your device.

Use the Wallet app on your Apple Watch to keep your boarding passes, event tickets, coupons, student ID cards, and more in one place for easy access. Passes in Wallet on your iPhone automatically sync to your Apple Watch. Use a pass on your Apple Watch to check in for a flight, redeem a coupon, or get into your dorm.

If your balances aren't updating, make sure that Fetch Data is turned on.

Automatic Updates: Allow the pass to receive updates from the issuer. Suggest on Lock Screen: Show the pass based on time or location. To allow location access, go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Wallet, then tap While Using the App. Automatic Selection: Select the pass where it's requested.

Open the Wallet app and tap the ticket.

You'll see the ticket in the list of cards. This will display the entire ticket in the Wallet app.

Why can't I access my mobile tickets yet? For some events, your mobile barcodes may have a delivery delay as an added security feature. Visit our FAQ What is a delivery delay? for more information. If you haven't received your tickets or can't see a ticket barcode two days before the event, contact Fan Support.

How do I add custom tickets to Apple Wallet? ›

On your iPhone, open the app, email, message, notification, or other communication that contains your pass. Tap Add to Apple Wallet. Note: Not all passes are supported by Apple Wallet.

The option may not be available for one of the following reasons: The venue doesn't offer Ticket Transfer yet (we're working on that). The artist or venue turned Ticket Transfer off for that event/section. The event was canceled (ticket buyers get automatic refunds).

Open Your Wallet: Go to your Wallet app. Click "Edit Passes": Navigate downwards on the page and select the 'Edit Passes'. Now, select the 'Scan Code' optin. Scan the QR Code: Patiently wait as your camera application activates.
