TS2 Program/Tutorial - HoodChecker Neighborhood Corruption Detector
Here is a quite helpful (and must have) program made by Mootilda
that cleans the neighborhoods from corrupted files!
Here is a simple tutorial on how to run the program and fix the hoods.

2: Select the Neighbourhood you want to fix and click Next
3: You can First “check” the hood if IT IS after all corrupted but if you already checked it, click the button “Remove”

How to Install Mods in Sims 44: The Program will gladly ask you (remind you) if you have a backup. Make one backup (copy) of your neighborhood and place it somewhere else. After that Press the Button Yes
5: Do NOT check the “Versioned backup” and Press the Finish Button
6: The program will do it’s thing and all done. Click the Exit button and play your fixed game!
