Figured I would share the knowledge from my recent ring-disaster experience... I love Vera Wang rings and I loved mine, but only after 10 months of wearing the wrong size ring was I informed that my ring could not be resized to the proper size is because Vera Wang rings are NOT meant to be resized... the store said they could size it down by 1 size smaller at the most, but even that is not recommended.

Just wanted to put this out there for anyone considering a Vera Wang ring, make sure to buy it in your size, or order it in your size! (Hopefully your jeweler would tell you this, but mine didn't!)

It's really odd they didn't have you order it in your size in the first place. The more intricate the ring the harder it is to size

Isn’t it? The sales guy was totally incompetent. The ring was a size 7 and he measured me to be a size 5. He says “sure we’ll have this sized to a 5 for you.” We had no reason to question this... then turns out they actually sized it to a 6 and didn’t tell us. So all this time I thought I was crazy because I felt like the ring was too big, but I KNEW I was a size 5. Turns out... it WAS too big 🙄

You would think if the jeweler says you can resize it then it should be fine, but I guess it’s best to know things for yourself before you go in! Lesson learned
