Ahead of the 2018 Victoria's Secret Show in NYC, each Angel and model was tasked with coming up with a fitness goal. For some, that was doing pull-ups. For others, it was running a mile. We caught up with a few models backstage before the show to learn what workouts they love to do—and the ones they wish they could never do again. Spoiler alert: Angels hate burpees, too.

2018: "It's all kind of my favorite workout because I know what I am working for. The workouts after the show are going to suck because it's not going to be working toward the show again. I really like to run, that' s my go-to. Weight lifting I could do without it."
2016: "My favorite workout, I did a lot of resistance work. I did a manual treadmill which is basically—you have to push it yourself. It's twice the work. That was probably my least favorite because it was so hard. Afterward I could barely walk or get up the stairs. My favorite workout was probably boxing. It's a good way to get out all of the stress I had building up to the show. But it's also so much fun because it kept me interested and I was always doing something different. And it strengthened me, it kept my arms looking nice. It was so fun."

2016: "I tried these classes called SLT which stands for strength, length, and toning. I nearly died the first time I did it .I didn't realize that it was going to take so much out of me. I thought I was strong, but no. I realized I needed to put in more work to keep up with the rest of the class. My favorite was working out with my personal trainer at Dogpound because he really encourages me and pushes me to go hard. When I am in the gym by myself I just end up taking selfies, going on Snapchat, and then leaving."

2016: "My favorite workout? They're all very painful, I've got to be honest. My least favorite was definitely running. But for me it's the most efficient, but it's the one I hate the most. I just get very bored after 5 minutes. I'm like, oh, I still have 15 more minutes to go. I did a lot of SLT this time. Even though I'm hating the whole class I actually really love the results it gives you. It gives you a very toned and lean body. That was the one I liked."
