What do you wear for afternoon tea at the ritz (2024)

Hi,

A smart skirt / trousers with a nice blouse or shirt or if its a cold day a nice jumper with some jewellery should do the trick. women don't have to be dressed so formal, you don't have go over the top in a dress, hat, and gloves (unless you want to, then that will be ok) If you're going for a special occasion then its nice to dress up a bit more (that will be your personal choice). We were not celebrating anything as such so I wore smart black straight trousers and a pretty top. Gentlemen's dress code is a bit more formal, they are required to wear a jacket and tie.

NO sportswear, trainers or jeans.

enjoy !
