Description

Our Whiskey Maple Syrup melds the pure, clean sweetness of maple syrup with the deep oaky flavor of the whiskey barrels in which it’s cured. To make it, we fill whiskey barrels from Traverse City Whiskey Co. with dark amber maple syrup and age it until it takes on the charred woodsy notes of the oak barrel and the smooth, caramel and vanilla undercurrents of the whiskey itself. You’ll love this over pancakes or waffles, as with classic maple syrup, or drizzle it over vanilla ice cream or coffee cake for a special treat.
