I personally would go with Gun(although it is very close), cause in there fight, Goo suffered many broken bones, and needed steel pins. Gun suffered a scare near the eye region, but personally I would say Goo took more damage. However, Gun is a master fighter in terms of martial arts. Whereas Goo is the master of utilizing his surroundings as weapons for fights. This being said, Goo would have an advantage, if he manages to get a hold of a very stronger weapon, such as a knife, as he'll be able to utilize it more effectively on Gun, who's fighting style is based on martial arts. Also I'm not sure if Gun or Goo are the strongest characters in the series. There's a person refereed to as a fighting genius, and there's Vasco's muay Thai master Brekdak, who'd I consider the strongest character in the series.
It depends. If Goo get a good weapon, then Goo. If he does not, well then prob Gun. Goo can use almost anything as a weapon prob, but still i think that Gun can beat him unless Goo has a sword or maybe even a knife.
