Sims with any levels in mischief will do mischievous actions autonomously and mean sims will, obviously, act mean. Playful sims will also act out more as well, and that might rub others the wrong way.

There is something of a workaround for this problem if you have the MCCC mod. You can click on a computer in the world, select autonomous interactions, then disable mean autonomous interactions. It's not a real solution but it beats watching your soulmates yell at & insult each other every other breath.

If on PC/Mac and not opposed to mods, you can disable mean interactions autonomy with MC Command Center. Click on a computer, select MCCC, go to MC Tuner, and Change Interaction Autonomy. From there, turn off Autonomous Mean. This will also prevent Sims who dislike each other from being mean.

The sad, if left unfixed (usually happens while they're at work/school) will develop into extreme anger. This is the sequence every time. On sims days off, I can try and get them to work through it or address a tense emotion, however, each time, it evolves into sad then extreme anger.

All conversations, both between household sims with excellent relationships and with new acquaintance NPCs, automatically default to "awkward encounter," regardless of the sims' moods and the types of interactions happening or socials selected.

This can be removed by going into the "control panel" under the slice of life menu." I hope this helps, but yes the personality pack in the slice of life mod is the reason for why your sims keep doing mean/rude interactions.

Move them into a two bedroom place and have them generally avoid each other until the sentiments wear off. Maybe apologize to each other a few times. Lock each bedroom to the other Sim so they won't autonomously go in and use the other's computer, etc.

If you're willing to use mods, that might work for you. If you're not willing to use mods--and even if you are--I would put both Sims in a club and set "be friendly" as a club activity and ban the "be mean" activity. Turn on the club and never turn it off. (That assumes you have Get Together.)

Sims with this trait will swear a lot, use many Be Gross… -type self-interactions, and will always fail some social interactions. They also never automatically do the dishes, which is a serious problem when paired with the Neat Trait but not so bad when paired with the Slob trait.

Sometimes if the sim(s) get too far 'in the red' on any of their needs they go a bit nuts and don't do what they need, and sometimes will also not listen to your directions for them to meet their needs also. Especially if more than one need gets super low.

This bug has grown exponentially since the last patch (1.92. 145.1030). It used to only occasionally happen that sims would insult each other for no reason (with 100% friendship and/or love), now as soon as you let them chat independently, all interactions are insulting, one after another.

these kind of errors are most often mods/cc related. If you're using any, please remove them and try again.

Anger is triggered when Sims are having a bad time. Negative interactions can anger Sims, as well as certain traits. Overall, each Sim is different, so some triggers don't work on everyone.
