Why is this even a question? The answer is quite obvious if you haven't gotten it. Let me be sweet and simple for you:

What the f*ck, bro? Do you honestly think Sakura can break out of a Tsukuyomi? Just because she broke out of a simple Genjutsu that wasn't heavily modified by the Mangekyō Sharingan in The Last? FFS. Please, give me the name of one person in Shippuden that was capable of breaking out of the Tsukuyomi successfully with zero mental damage.
Because that broken hack of a Jutsu literally destroys your entire spirit, and people forget it happens in an instant. Sakura is not mentally fast enough to tank it. Yes, she's good with Genjutsu but the likes of Tsukuyomi are far too great for her to even attempt to scavenge control. It's not even a normal f*ckin' Genjutsu. It has a hundred percent guaranteed possibility of killing you. (Since Izumi suffered the status and died from old age outside it.) Elite Shinobi like Kakashi was in a damn coma for three days after trying to break it.
Itachi even beat the character development out of Sasuke, and then this clown spits him in a Tsukuyomi. Tsunade is the only person known to be capable of healing the psychological damage caused by Tsukuyomi. Sakura would probably be able to heal the after-effects to a certain degree. And, putting a Jinchūriki in a Genjutsu is not a feature since they have another being capable of getting them out.
Naruto in The Last got put into a damn coma because all his chakra got drained, not because of a damn Genjutsu. I don't understand how tf Yagura was controlled by Obito for that long when he was a perfect Jinchūriki. My only assumption is that he put Isobu within the Genjutsu as well.
