Do you wear glasses in 4DX?
Do you have to wear 3D glasses for a 4DX film screening? The 4DX experience takes place in a special auditorium at the Kinepolis cinema: thanks to its hinged seats and adapted environment, it plunges the viewers into the universe of the film. However, if the film is not presented in 3D, you don't need to wear glasses.
With that said, 4DX is worth the price of admission. It's a gimmick, but as gimmicks go the price isn't too obscene. For a little more money, you get a slightly more intense experience that enhances a movie without overpowering it.

I couldn't wait for their official take of Frozen II in 4DX, and I am happy to report that they both enjoyed it immensely. No motion sickness, no needing to leave the theater. Just all-around enjoyment as we got to experience something that some only dream of – the complete Frozen II experience.
They do however allow buckets of popcorn (open) and maga sized cups of fizzy drinks, so must admit I felt a bit annoyed not to be able to enjoy my Sunday morning treat.
No other effects can be turned on/off. All chairs move together, so we cannot stop individual chairs from moving. The use of effects varies between film. Will 4DX damage my clothing?
If you can handle the closer perspective of the screen, I would strongly recommend sitting at around the fourth or fifth row. This doesn't mean the movie is ruined if you sit somewhere else, but for my money, these two rows offer the best experience in 4DX!
Hi David, we advise customers that the weight limit in our 4DX screens is due to the functionality of the seat movements and that if they are in excess of the limit, they may experience limited movement and potentially limit the movement of the seats around them.

It's pretty violent, and I wonder how bad it's going to look if I have to slink out of the cinema, whispering 'No, no, it's too scary…'. Thankfully, once the actual movie starts, there's far less motion from the seats, the violence confined mostly to the high action scenes.
It is like a mini roller coaster at times. Fun but I found it a bit distracting at times from the actual movie and challenging at times to eat your popcorn. Additional effects are wind, spray and fog in sync with the movie.

Spider-Man: Far From Home isn't as over the top as the previous two movies in terms of the 4DX experience. But the movie itself, matched with the roller coaster aspect of the whole thing made it by far the most enjoyable of the three movies so far.
