Does FitOn work with Apple Watch?
FitOn currently supports the following devices for real-time heart rate to help improve your performance and compete on our leaderboard: Apple Watch (iOS): Enable HealthKit in our mobile app, install our app on your Watch & then simply open it when starting your workout.
Connecting Apple Health automatically syncs your FitOn workouts to the Activity & Health apps allowing you to track your activity & close your rings. To enable our Apple Health integration: Open the FitOn app, go to Profile > Settings > and tap on the Apple Watch.
Apple Fitness+
It works seamlessly with the Apple Watch, so you can start, pause and end workouts from the watch, and your heart rate and calorie stats are taken from the watch and shown on-screen during workouts.

Open the FitOn app and select the workout you want. Tap on the workout and tap the Cast icon in top right corner of the screen (If your device is on iOS 14 or later, you'll need to give the FitOn app permission to connect to streaming devices on your local network, such as your TV, so you can cast to your TV.)
The videos are very high quality and there's a vast library of free workouts by great trainers for whatever you feel like doing that day. However, it's definitely worth upgrading to the Pro so that you can get all the additional perks, particularly the meal plan and recipes. I definitely don't regret going for Pro!

How to link your Samsung watch
- First, make sure that you have the Galaxy Wearable app downloaded on your phone.
