Does my PANDORA jewellery have a warranty / guarantee? PANDORA will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to 2 years from the original date of purchase for silver jewellery and 2 years from the original date of purchase for gold jewellery.
Quick Facts: We do not repair jewelry, we will only replace the item if it is still available or give you and item of equal or lesser value. We do not cover lost jewelry, we apologize for the inconvenience.

How should I care for my PANDORA jewellery? Your PANDORA jewellery should be handled with care at all times. Simply pour the co*ke into a bowl and submerge your silver into it. The acid in the co*ke will quickly remove the tarnish. Keep an eye on it – just a few minutes should be enough. Rinse with warm water and dry carefully with a soft cloth.
Please note that the warm pink-hued color of PANDORA RoseTM may intensify with age due to tarnishing, adding to the jewelry's beautiful, vintage appeal. It is normal for the finishing to wear off over time. PANDORA's warranty does not cover this wear and tear.

We offer a repairs service including replacing clasps, fixing clasps, soldering work, re-threading of charms, removing stuck beads and tightening clips and clasps. If your jewellery is outside of the warranty or where there is no proof of purchase, these services will be at a small cost.
