Mobility and recovery are both equally useful, imo. But just one nitpick, even if you use Blink, mobility is in no way useless. Mobility doesn't affect sprint speed, or jump distance, or anything like that. It makes you strafe faster, which is incredibly useful for getting people to miss their shots in gunfights.
