Yes, Zara provides your full uniform.. including shoes. You can literally wear anything black for your first day.. Jeans, pants, leggings, T-shirt, long sleeve, whatever. It's just so you show up and walk around looking uniform.
Low wages, long work hours, unsafe conditions, sexual abuse, and physical assaults are numerous in the fast fashion industry. Many fast fashion brands and retailers don't oversee their supply chain as they should. They let child labor and modern slavery happen in cotton farms and garment factories.
Especially those in countries where clothing production is high. Their water supplies are tainted with clothing dye, factories don't follow safety protocols, and the workers are underpaid for their labor.
This company does NOT test on animals.
It does not offer cruelty-free items and according to Good On You, it continues to use wool. However it does not use exotic animal hair or skin, fur, down, angora or leather.
Zara certainly remains a fast fashion brand with some pretty major ethical and environmental issues. I wouldn't recommend shopping there if you can avoid it, especially since there are sustainable brands with similar size ranges and pricing.
The computer giant company, Apple, has admitted that child labor was used at the factories that built its computers, iPods and mobile phones. At least eleven 15-year-old children were discovered to be working last year in three factories, which supply Apple.

Zara products will never be considered high quality within the fashion industry. However, they can be considered relatively 'good quality' fast fashion products when compared to other similar retailers, such as for example H&M.
