Zoro attempts to cut off his legs, but he does not have to when Luffy, Usopp, and Karoo arrive.
Zoro gained the ability to cut through steel when fighting Mr. 1 in Arabasta. After being heavily injured by Mr. 1, Zoro began hearing the "breath" of his sword, gaining a special affinity toward it that allowed him to control its cutting power.
His blade would touch the stones, not him. The seastone being as hard as diamond does not mean it cannot be broken; hardness is not the same as toughness.
Nami is victorious against Miss Doublefinger. Meanwhile, Zoro is fighting Mr. 1 who has the ability to turn his body into steel. Zoro learns to cut through steel and finally defeats him.
In Chapter 133, Zoro appears to have received ankle scarring from Little Garden, yet in Chapter 239, there's no scarring, so does this mean the scarring wasn't permanent, or was it an error?
Zoro is particular has many scars that tell the story of his life, but one particular one sometimes doesn't show up. The ankle scars that he got from almost cutting his own feet off during the Mr. 3 fight on Little Garden are a fantastic little touch. Too bad Oda forgets to draw them half the time.
Mihawk we know from what he says before the strike is trying to cut Whitebeard (flesh or you could argue "vibrations" doesn't matter in either case) and thus didn't intend to cut diamond, and thus didn't cut diamond. I'm sorry for all of that.
Zoro is basically the r/thathappened member of the Straw Hats. Dude can wield a sword with his teeth and lift 1000 pounds with his legs while standing with his hands.

Sword attacks with haki can hurt Buggy but can't bleed him as haki can't nullify DF power in which he can't be bleed. I think he'd bleed as well. Even his body is imbued with haki, Mihawk could still cut him like when Law cut Vergo.

It's entirely possible Mihawk noticed through their duel and training that Zoro suffers from ocular dominance in his left eye. That is to say, the left eye is stronger than the right. As a result, maybe Mihawk scarred the left eye shut and instructed Zoro not to open it until his right eye was trained enough.

It would mean that Enma is technically a grade better than Shusui, the Shusui only being O Wazamono because it was blackened. This would explain why Enma is stronger, despite also being O Wazamono. Enma reached O Wazamono grade before being blackened and is actually a Saijo O Wazamono grade when blackened.

In the manga, it was stated that the Birdcage has been slowed down and it would take one more minute for Luffy to regain his Haki. However, in the anime it was stated that it would take one minute for Luffy to regain his Haki and for the Birdcage to completely close.
