How did Cat Adams get pregnant?
Cat gives Reid four hours to guess "a secret [he'll] never admit to" in order to save his mom Diana (Jane Lynch), and she tries to throw him off by saying she's pregnant with his baby, inseminated with sperm Lindsey procured after she drugged Reid in Mexico and pretended to be his dearly departed Maeve.
Acquiescing, Reid admits to having liked it when he poisoned several inmates in prison. Then, he reveals that he knows Cat was lying about him indirectly fathering her baby so he could be put in as compromised of a position as possible, and identifies Wilkins as the real father.
They have found a guard that worked at both Spencer and Cat's prison… could this be the father of Cat's baby? Yup, that's the real father, not Spencer, but what a beautiful baby Cat and Spencer would've had!
Reid with his son's birth announcement. His baby boy's name, Hank Spencer Morgan, was named in honor of his late father and his best friend.
In 2016 or 2017, Lindsey somehow got into contact with Cat Adams, another hitwoman who had been manipulated into surrendering by Reid and subsequently imprisoned. The two put together a plan to frame Reid, apparently as retribution for his involvement in both of their lives.

JJ and Reid in 'Criminal Minds'
They clearly care about each other more than just co-workers, and they definitely have some chemistry. In the finale of season 14, JJ revealed to Reid that she's always loved him while they are held at gunpoint.
In the end, Reid and Garcia both got a happy ending. Past seasons of Criminal Minds are streaming on Netflix, along with lots of new 2020 content.
Spencer Reid was not officially written to be autistic, Matthew Gray Gubler has stated that he sees the character as such, and then some. In an interview with LiveAbout, the actor said of his "Criminal Minds" character, "He's an eccentric genius, with hints of schizophrenia and minor autism, Asperger's syndrome.

Does JJ have a baby with Reid?
Henry is born. Henry was born during "Memoriam", and after the team gets to meet him after finishing a case, JJ asks Reid and Garcia to be Henry's godfather and godmother, respectively. In "Normal", JJ brings Henry to the BAU headquarters after the team solves a case, and the team takes turns holding him.
Jareau was written out of the show after Cook was let go at the beginning of season six, for financial reasons relating to the premiere of the spin-off Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior.
Later, Wilkins re-enters Reid's cell, handcuffs him, and takes him to the visitors' area, where he removes the handcuffs and leaves him. There, JJ tells Reid that he is being released.
And off goes the light bulb for Reid: His dirty little "secret" is that he enjoyed poisoning his fellow inmates. Their full conversation, including Cat's confession about her pregnancy, is played for Lindsey, who had no idea Cat was with child and surrenders herself -- and Diana -- to the BAU.
Due to the Dead: The final scene of the episode is of Lindsey and Jack at their new home and life in Atlanta, the former introducing herself as Katie: the name of her best friend who was murdered.
He goes to see a doctor in order to find out the source of his headaches, but the doctor says there is no physical cause, and they may be psychosomatic.
