Sorry, fans of inspirational home-renovation stories: "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" is coming to an end. ABC has decided to end the series' run after its ninth season wraps up in January. The show debuted in 2003 as a spin-off of "Extreme Makeover."

Their father has suffered with the cluster headaches for around five years and, in the past year, they have become chronic and intractable. This means that they happen "all day, every day," and no treatments have proved effective in lessening the intense pain, his wife Karia said.
