Why is my payment pending on Shopee?
A pending order is an order that has been placed and is being processed by Shopee before it can be arranged for shipment. After an order is placed, Shopee will check and verify the details of the order. This process usually takes less than 4 hours.
Orders that are "Pending" may be caused by the following reasons: The current Shipping Channel(s) do not support the delivery to the buyer's address. [For COD orders] The COD-supported Shipping Channel(s) e.g. DHL eCommerce / J&T Express / NinjaVan / Shopee Xpress are not included in your Shipping Settings.

This means the merchant has your order and is preparing it for shipment.
You can view your pending orders via To Ship under My Sales on Shopee App. Pending orders will be listed under the All and To Process tabs, and their statuses will be indicated as undergoing verification of order details by Shopee.
In some cases, your ShopeePay top-up may fail (refer to image below) due to poor internet connection or high traffic of users attempting to top-up with ShopeePay, especially during campaigns, kindly wait for up to 24 hours for the amount to be reflected.
