How do I know if my SHEIN order is lost?

Shipping time will be 6-8 working days by standard shipping and 2-4 working days by express shipping. Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed. Shein will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP.
SHEIN packages are delivered by Aramex, fetch or naqel. Normally the delivery period takes 5 to 8 working days, for some cities the delivery period may vary.
'In transit' means that your package is on its way to its final destination. It does not necessarily mean that your package is in a moving vehicle such as an aircraft or truck. It may be at a FedEx facility.
This will vary depending on the timing of when the order is placed as well as the company handling your package. Why does my Shein order say delivered but not received?
The parcel is stuck not far away from the destination point. It sometimes means that there are software problems and the parcel's status is not updated online while the package was sent or delivered to the destination point.

What does “package stuck in transit” mean? While the status “in transit” means your parcel is moving, sometimes your package may no longer be progressing towards its destination, and it is either kept in one of the courier company's depots for further checks or stuck in customs. But don't worry!
What happens if you cancel a Shein order? As we said above, in case you cancel the order that has not been shipped, the order is not sent to you. The refund is normally made to your Shein wallet within 5 business days. You can later use the money to pay for the order or withdraw it to your payment account.
