How do you block someone on fit?
Find your Friends list. Tap or click the friend you want to block to view their profile. Tap or click the three dots. To remove the friend, tap or click Block User or block friend.
Your FitOn profile information is private by default. Only if you choose to add friends will they will be able to see a limited amount of your profile information including your name, location, age decade (20s, 30s, 40s), achievements, workout history and any post workout photos you choose to share with them.
Go to the Friends tab in the app. Tap the Invite button. Select friends from your Contacts. Send invites to add them as friends on FitOn.

People aren't notified when you block them. After you block someone, their likes and comments will be removed from your photos and videos. Unblocking someone won't restore their previous likes and comments.
If the blocked person visits your profile, they will only see the numbers at the top, such as followers, following, and the number of posts. They won't be able to see your past or future posts even if you have a public profile. That is one of the ways to identify if you have been blocked.
You can also choose to block a user from within your connections list by tapping on the search icon on your quick navigation menu which will bring you to your list of current connections. Search for your connection then tap on the 3 dots next to their name. Tap on Block.

- Go to For You > Challenges.
- Tap on the challenge you wish to edit.
- Tap on “…” in the top right.
- Select Edit from the menu.
- Make changes & select Finish.
You can only complete the competition within the time frame set by the competition owner. And that's it! Your competition is scheduled and you're ready to compete against your friends.

There are two ways you can uninstall Fitly. Option 1: Go to “Settings” > Apps > select “Fitly” > clear data. Some phones may require you to select a new home screen before you are able to uninstall, if that's the case, click “Home Screen” > select your desired home screen > then click uninstall on the Fitly app.
Delete a specific type of data
You can delete one type of health data, like activity or location. At the bottom, tap Profile. Tap Manage your data. Next to the type of data you want to remove, tap Delete.
