Can you still play Shadowkeep Campaign 2022?
The three currently available campaigns Shadowkeep, Beyond Light and The Witch Queen, are all paid expansions and their campaigns are not free-to-play. You can however, play the first one or two missions for free to get a taste of them, but if you want to continue playing, you'll need the full paid version.
It should be on The Moon. The first mission should start when you go to the Moon for the first time. There are a couple of spots to explore, and then you get sent to talk to Eris Morn (who has a bunch of quests for you). Check your quest log, check the kiosk next to the mailbot for any abandoned quests.

The Shadowkeep Campaign is the main story arc for the expansion of the same name and involves heading back to the Moon in search of Eris Morn, only to find that a dark force is buried within and is creating Nightmares of the Guardians' worst enemies.
Shadowkeep will probably become free for a short window in 2023, before being illegally taken away vaulted. Beyond Light, 2024, and The Witch Queen 2025, assuming they continue with the same scheme.
Destiny 2 Beyond Light, Shadowkeep and Forsaken coming free to Xbox Game Pass. Destiny 2, along with its Forsaken and Shadowkeep expansions, will be coming to Xbox Game Pass in September. Beyond Light will also be available through Game Pass when the expansion launches on November 10.
Also, because Bungie has already done something similar with those planets back with the introduction of Beyond Light, it's not unlikely for the company to do it again with Season of the Haunted and Lightfall - this time vaulting the entirety of Shadowkeep instead.

To begin the Forsaken Campaign, open the Director and go to the Tangled Shore map. At the bottom, select the 'Last Call' mission to begin this campaign.
Beyond is the final mission in the Shadowkeep campaign. Use the Sorrow's Harbor fast travel point and head toward the Scarlet Keep. Activate the banner to begin the last step, Beyond. This mission has you fighting Nightmares from your past and then pressing into the Pyramid to discover its secrets.

When a new expansion is released, all previous expansions are made free. In this case, last year when Beyond Light launched, Shadowkeep and Forsaken content would have been free for all players, restoring things like lost free raids and story missions from Red War-era content vaulting.
The Forsaken campaign will go free for all Destiny 2 players on December 7, 2021, so if you haven't yet played it you will have one last chance to do so without shelling out for a soon-to-be obsolete expansion.
Can I get stasis without Beyond Light?
Thankfully, it's not too tough, but you will need access to the Beyond Light expansion that launched in 2020. Without it, you can still earn Stasis-based weapons through Season of the Lost, but you won't be able to wield Stasis abilities.
And Bungie, Destiny's developer, recently made the controversial decision to “vault” game content, aka remove whole storylines and locations from the game. That means Destiny 2's main campaign is not available in the game anymore.
