The Sims 4: Spooky Stuff is the fourth stuff pack for The Sims 4. Spooky Stuff adds a Spooky Candy Bowl and a new Pumpkin Carving Station. A new type of party, Spooky Party, was introduced with this stuff pack. Spooky Stuff was released worldwide on September 29, 2015.
Spooky Day
This is likely based on Halloween in real life. Everyone can get into costumes, and Sims can throw a costume party or be invited to one by a friend.
What happened to Halloween on Sims 4?
The Sims 4 Spooky Stuff Pack has been released back in late September 2015, mostly to celebrate the upcoming Halloween and try to boost some sales. However, as the Halloween season was fading out so were the sales of this pack.
Simmers, it's time to experience the most blood-curdling, scream-inducing Halloween party ever thrown with The Sims™ 4 Spooky Stuff Pack*, out now on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Carve pumpkins, startle your guests, have a costume contest, and grab a treat from the candy bowl – if you dare!
While micromanaging each and every thing done by your Sims might be engaging, the gameplay can get stagnant if Sims don't age up at all. If you choose to play with the aging setting disabled then your Sims won't automatically age and you'll need to do it manually.
You can't throw a birthday party for a baby.

Carving Pumpkins in Sims 4 is possible with the Spooky Stuff DLC. In order to carve pumpkins, you'll need to own the 'Spooky Stuff' DLC for the Sims 4. Once you do, you will have access to a carving station. This is where your sim will be able to carve out all their masterpieces.
Pumpkins are one of the new plants Sims can farm in The Sims 4: Cottage Living. With the right amount of water, fertilizer and care, they can grow into an oversized state. Oversized pumpkins can then be entered into an oversized crop competition at the Finchwick Fair in Henford-on-Bagley.
