The offers must be activated before use by clicking the “Activate” button and will automatically apply to mobile orders or when you scan your digital or physical rewards card at the register.
You can activate multiple offers at the same time, however only one activated offer can be applied per order. If you have multiple offers activated, the activated offer that allows for the greatest discount will be applied.
If your Tim Hortons® app is not working, you may be using an outdated version that is no longer supported. Please download the latest version by going to your app store and accepting the latest update. If issues persist, please email appsupport@timhortons.com. My Tim's opening screen simply spins.
