How long does CVS keep your printed photos?
The 365 day period will restart with each purchase you make from the website. If you do not make at least one (1) purchase every 365 days, CVS Photo may delete the photos stored in your account. Email notifications will be sent to the email address we have on record 30 days prior to the removal of any photos.
Does CVS look at your pictures? We take the privacy of your photos seriously. Images uploaded to our server for printing are not viewed by CVS. Only the photo technician in charge of printing and packaging your order will see the images.

CVS will provide refunds for prints and products that are returned within 14 days of purchase. There is no refund or store credit offered after 15 days from the original date of the transaction.

Will CVS return my negatives? No, CVS will not return your negatives.

Yes, of course, you always get your original film back with your order. Negatives are returned cut and sleeved. If you prefer your film uncut, please check the 'do not cut' box as well. 35mm slide film is returned uncut and long-sleeved unless you choose the slide film mounting option.
