How do you make all factions playable in Rome: Total War?
Navigate to ROME: Total War. Enable Unlock All Factions, located under ROME: TOTAL WAR SETTINGS. Close the Settings app and relaunch the game. All campaign factions will now be unlocked when starting a new Imperial Campaign.
Know the playable factions.
At the start of the game, you can only play as one of the three Roman houses: the Julii, Brutii, and Scipii. Once you beat a campaign as one of these factions, you will unlock the Britons, Gauls, Carthaginians, Greeks, Egyptians, Parthians, Seleucids, and Greeks.
