She uses the sapphire to horribly manipulate Ben with a fake Calling of his dead wife Grace, telling him to bring Eden to her grave where Angelina waits to steal Eden back.

Season 3 built on the theory that Manifest's central mystery is related to a divine entity, whether God or someone else. The idea is that God may have resurrected the passengers and given them the Callings, so they can help people.
Another reason Zeke's death is the most impactful yet is because he had already survived his death date. He followed the Callings, helped to save Cal's life, and lived. He was the passengers' hope, proof that there is life after this. Zeke was supposed to live a long and happy life after everything he had endured.

Since day one, he's been a constant antagonist to the mission of Ben, Michaela, Saanvi, and those working to save the Lifeboat. Case in point Ben Stone and Saanvi Bahl, two characters that are brought together via Flight 828, have amazing chemistry but aren't romantically involved due to the circ*mstances (i.e. Ben being married to Grace).

She was supposed to go to Jamaica with her, but changed her mind at the last minute as she feared destroying her family for a flirtation, and did not show up for her departure.
In the end of season 4 part 1, Angelina's abuse of the Omega Sapphire causes false Callings and mass pain for all Flight 828 passengers around the world, causing the Registry and its regional facilities to detain all passengers until further notice.
