While at Low Health: 30 Handling, -40% Accuracy Cone Size, and -17% Accuracy Cone Growth.
This weapon becomes more accurate and boosts handling as your health gets lower.
Yes, it's pretty good, because it has a better range than most hand cannons and it is surprisingly good for taking out bosses. I'd just put an Rocket and point blank shoot em dealing like 24k damage instead of like 50k damage with steady aim. Against normal enemies, it doesn't seem to be anything too special.
Albeit Hawkmoon wasn't made to shine in PvE, these are the rolls you might want to try for PvE: Barrel: Hammer-Forged Rifling, Polygonal Rifling, or Smallbore: These will help with Range and/or Stability. Mag: Alloy Mag: This is the only choice available for this weapon. Trait: Surplus or Killing Wind.
When a player casts an instant or sorcery card, the Eye will trigger. When that trigger resolves, the spell that triggered it is exiled, then Eye of the Storm will make a copy of every instant or sorcery exiled by it (including the one that it just exiled).
Empowered Thorn has the potential to put out far more DPS than Ace and can be used with some exotics such as Necrotic Grips to synergize off one another, but Ace has more immediate "do damage to one target with one shot" damage making it a good all-rounder and more preferred for PvP situations.
As mentioned above, Bottom Dollar has a decent Range stat to begin with, which means part of it can be sacrificed for the greater good. A hit to this can be supplemented with one of the best perks for PVP weapons: Killing Wind.
Eye of the Storm is Immune to Anemo
Its best to use either Physical DMG or other elements to defeat the Eye of the Storm.
Also known as a Restless Elemental, this creature can manipulate Anemo to create a wind storm to attack. This enemy is immune to Anemo attacks, floats around, and primarily attacks from mid-air. The best way to defeat this elite opponent is to use range attacks, so bring an archer or a catalyst user.
How do you dodge eye of the storm?
Here's how players can defeat the Eye of the Storm. The best way to take it down would be to use a character with a bow and arrow then when it falls, attack it with a swordsman. Once it is defeated, it will flee. Wind will appear so follow it using the currents.
After hitting an enemy with the 7-stack Paracausal shot, Guardians will need to take out their ghosts and wait for a few seconds. The bullet will return inside the weapon, with the only difference being that it will be a Paracausal shot, giving the players a one-hit kill potential at all times.

It's not entirely uncommon for people in the eye of a hurricane to assume the storm has passed and think it's safe to go outside. People caught in the eye need to continue sheltering in place and, if anything, prepare for the worst. Circling the center eye are the eyewall winds, the strongest in the hurricane.

This plays right into the first column of perks which gives shots back to the magazine through Triple Tap, or increases reload speed greatly through Outlaw. In general, in content with higher health enemies Triple Tap gets more value as you may not kill an enemy with one magazine.
Fatebringer is a legendary hand cannon. It can be obtained by defeating The Templar in the Vault of Glass raid on hard.
Rangefinder actually increases the zoom distance of a weapon. By 5% for shotguns. By 20% for all other guns. This increases the weapon's effective range as damage drop-off is directly tied to zoom distance.
