Are vans acceptable for an interview?
Yes on vans and pants. Anything that is trendy, and styled to the store, but also has a professional look. Retail is hard, but if you match the style of the store, you will be fine.
If possible, workers should wear Vans shoes or other clothing items to the interview to show passion for the brand. Management applicants should dress more conservatively, but formal business attire is not required.
Sneakers:
Unless you are applying for a creative position, ditch the sneakers. Don't attempt a GQ model style and wear sneakers with that suit. While it may look stylish and quirky, it does not do much for your interview prospects. It just seems immature and trying too hard when you come to a job interview in sneakers.

Wearing clothes that are either too loose or too tight will make you seem unprofessional and unprepared. The goes for your choice of footwear. It's no longer a requirement for women to wear heels or men to wear stiff dress shoes, but you do need to avoid wearing sneakers or sandals.
Shoes: Open shoes like flip-flops or sandals are a no-go for a job interview. Footwear should be either closed toe pumps with a subtle heel or closed toe black high heels. Jewellery: Stay away from too much jewellery such as large necklaces and bangles, as too much clanging can cause unnecessary distraction.

What Females should wear to an interview?
Dress pants, pencil skirts, knee-length dresses, blazers, neutral or light-colored blouses, sweaters, cardigans, tights, and suits are all acceptable forms of interview attire. Dress shoes should be closed-toed heels, flats, or short boots.
While a pair of Converse chucks might show your casual or artsy side, and a pair of trainers may be the most comfortable choice, to make your best first impression, don't wear sneakers to an interview for an office job.
In formal environments, appropriate attire might include a tailored suit, button-down shirt with tie, blouse, lace-up dress shoes or close-toed pumps, and stockings or dress socks.
Neutral colors - navy, gray, black, and brown - are the best colors for a job interview. White is also an excellent color for a blouse or button-down shirt.

It takes about 2 weeks for the entire process to be completed. There is a new system called Workday and everyone is still getting used to it. If everything goes smoothly, then you will be hired and will be starting on a Sunday or Monday. A week, a background check, an interview, and some onboarding programs.
