Is Puck in love with Oberon?
Oberon and Puck generally have a good relationship with one another; even when Puck messes up his orders from Oberon, it does not lead to serious problems between the two.
Because the two young Athenian men look much alike, however, Puck mistakenly administers the love juice to Lysander, who then happens to see Helena when he awakes. He falls hopelessly in love with her. Now both young men are in love with Helena and neither with the poor deserted Hermia.
Though they obviously love each other, Oberon, King of the Fairies, and his wife, Queen Titania, have a rocky relationship. They're not faithful to each other, and their fighting has even been affecting the weather. What really breaks the couple up is the Changeling Boy, a young Indian boy that Titania is caring for.
At one point, Light's Oberon seizes and manhandles Puck into a kiss. In both of these versions, Oberon's virility matches Titania's frankly carnal relationship with Bottom. But while Oberon and Titania exude sexuality, Puck remains playfully sexless: ethereally so, for the Globe; rebelliously so, for the Guthrie.
Puck is loyal to Oberon and will do anything the fairy king asks of him. At the moment the king and his queen, Titania, are in a dispute over an Indian child whom she has adopted. He wants to raise the child in his ways but Titania won't give him up to him.
What Is Puck's Gender? Although Puck is usually played by a male actor, it's worth noting that nowhere in the play is the audience told the character's gender, and there are no gendered pronouns used to reference Puck. Even the character's alternate name, Robin Goodfellow, is androgynous.
Unlike Oberon who genuinely tries to create human happiness, Puck seems indifferent to human suffering. When he has accidentally caused both Lysander and Demetrius to fall in love with Helena, Puck enjoys the pleasure their folly brings him.
The King and Queen of the fairies, Oberon and Titania, have fallen out over a changeling boy that Titania has in her possession. Oberon wants the boy for himself but Titania won't give him up. Oberon therefore plans revenge. He orders his servant, Puck, to fetch a magical flower.

Is Oberon a good person?
As a benevolent ruler of the spirit world, he also brings blessing of peace and health to the future families of the newlyweds. But his personality is not all kindness; Oberon shows a more malicious side in his dealings with Titania.
Lysander loves Hermia, and Hermia loves Lysander. Helena loves Demetrius; Demetrius used to love Helena but now loves Hermia. Egeus, Hermia's father, prefers Demetrius as a suitor, and enlists the aid of Theseus, the Duke of Athens, to enforce his wishes upon his daughter.
Russell T Davies's A Midsummer Night's Dream is hailed as historic by viewers for its lesbian kiss. Re-worked film of Shakespeare classic includes passionate embrace between Titania and Hippolyta.
Oberon's Jealousy of Titania
At the opening of Act 2, we discover that Oberon is jealous of Titania for a seemingly odd reason: she's stolen the male child of an Indian king and is keeping him as her attendant. Oberon, however, wants the child to spend more time with him.
Personality. Oberon is arrogant and harsh but is not a tyrant, this makes him an interesting opponent to the clan as he was not blatantly evil or criminal: however he cared little for people who stood in his path and was very stubborn once he had made his mind up on a matter.
