Does Webkinz website still work?
Due to an issue beyond our control, as of January 1, 2021, Webkinz Classic will no longer work on browsers. The Flash plug-in, which is required for our site to run will not be supported by browsers after December 31, 2020.

As many Webkinz players know, if you don't log into your Webkinz.com for a year, your account becomes “archived”. Normally, if a player wants access to an archived account, we're able to restore it within 24 hours. Due to Webkinz X, however, we are temporarily unable to restore archived accounts.
With this is mind, accounts that have no paid pets or Deluxe Membership that remain inactive for 6 months will be deleted.

A hacker has compromised personal data of 23 million players of online children game Webkinz World by Canadian toy company Ganz, dumping the usernames and passwords on the Dark Web.
Feature Codes can only be redeemed in the Code Shop within Webkinz World. Once a Feature Code is used, it cannot be redeemed a second time. Retired Feature Codes are also invalid.
If you already have an account have your parent visit the Parent's Area from the home page and create a Parent's Account. The parent's email they use to create their Parent's Account can also be used to recover your Webkinz World user name and password.

Webkinz deletes archived accounts after 7 years so you should be fine but you have to contact support to de-archive your account.
