Does ASOS use DPD?

Being a global retailer, ASOS uses a large network of shipping couriers along with fulfilment centres to deliver orders as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. If you choose US Standard Shipping your order might be delivered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
The basics of Standard Shipping
Delivery takes 3-6 business days* (excluding weekends and public holidays). To find out exactly how long it will take click here and enter your zip code. Standard Shipping in the US is free if your order is above $50. If your order is less than this, then it costs $4.99.
Delivery is within 3 working days* of your order being placed. Delivery is Monday to Friday and Sunday (excluding Public Holidays).

Royal Mail has been awarded a new contract to deliver customer orders for ASOS, and it has also extended its capacity to handle the fashion brand's customer returns by 25%.
Just log into 'My Account' and view your most recent orders. Click 'Track This Order' and you'll be directed to the tracking page. If your push notifications are enabled on our app then you'll get a notification once your item has left our warehouse.
Asos orders used to take a week to come, nowadays they take months and we can't blame COVID because this was happening wayyyy before COVID, that's why I switched to the iconic because ASOS has now changed. It's an over seas brand so it takes some time depending on where you're form.
What are the basics? If you're ordering with Click & Collect, delivery will be next day (Monday-Saturday) if ordered before 20:00 (Monday-Sunday)*. Find out more details on Click & Collect here. Delivery is excluded on Public Holidays.
The 1-hour delivery window offering is between 10:00 to 17:00. However, you may be presented with earlier delivery windows from 08:00 to 09:00, with the latest delivery window being 19:00 to 20:00. *We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale), deliveries may take a little longer.
How fast is ASOS no hurry delivery?
For customers who aren't in a rush to receive their order, ASOS No Hurry costs $4.99 and takes 10 business days to arrive. For orders over $50.00 our ASOS No Hurry shipping is FREE! Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding weekend and holidays).
FedEx First Overnight: The fastest option. Delivery as early as 8:00 am the next business day for most US destinations. Delivery by 2:00 pm to additional extended destinations. FedEx Priority Overnight: Delivery by 10:30 am on the next business day to most US destinations, with remote area delivery by 5:00 pm.
If you haven't received your pick-up pass code, or you no longer have your collection email or SMS, you can provide the store with photo ID instead. Your order will be held in store for 10 days. After this time, it'll be returned back to ASOS.
You can track your parcel using either your tracking number or your DPD reference number on our parcel tracking page. You can quickly track a parcel from any page on our website by clicking the red 'Track Your Parcel' button in the header. Alternatively, you can track your parcel via the parcel tracking tool below.
The driver will do everything they can to get your attention when you're at home, but sometimes you'll still miss each other. See where the driver left your 'sorry we missed you' card, and then select the redelivery or collect option you'd prefer. Can the driver come back?
DPD Pickup allows you to have your parcel delivered to your local DPD Pickup shop (2,500 shops). You'll be notified by email & SMS when your parcel is ready to collect, and you'll have up to 7 days to collect at a time to suit you. Select the DPD Pickup option in the checkout.
