What did the flash do at the end of Apokolips war?
The Flash was put on a treadmill and turned into a power generator to replace the one the Justice League successfully destroyed.
The group encounter The Flash, as the power generator who is forced to continue running on a treadmill to power Apokolips. After Barry is freed, Constantine scans his mind, learning about Flashpoint Paradox.
After an intense battle, the Anti-Monitor fuses the Black Racer with Flash and sends it after Darkseid. Using the fused Flash and his own powers, he kills Darkseid. With Darkseid dead, the universe is unbalanced as it has lost its God of Evil.
Unbeknownst to them, Darkseid spies on the League through Cyborg. The League are overwhelmed and defeated by Paradooms — genetic hybrid creatures made from Parademons and Doomsday—and a majority of the heroes from both the League and the Titans are killed, while those who survive are placed into Darkseid's slavery.
It would be a close battle, but Trigon just doesn't have the same raw power that Darkseid has. Darkseid would be the winner and he'd claim Trigon's worlds for himself. It would be a terrifying sight, but also probably one of the most epic scenes in DC Universe history.
By tapping into the Speed Force, The Flash rewinds time and undoes the Mother Boxes' unity. By the end of the Snyder Cut, The Flash finds himself a more seasoned superhero as well as landing a job at Central City Police Department's crime lab in his day job as Barry Allen.
The Reverse-Flash reveals that Flash himself created the Flashpoint timeline by traveling back in time to stop him from killing Barry's mother. Barry pulled the entire Speed Force into himself to stop Thawne, transforming the timeline by shattering the history of his allies.
Having taken over Superman's body and getting rid of the liquid Kryptonite that left him de-powered, Trigon turns his attention to Darkseid, interested in fighting him to see how powerful a New God is. The two begin fighting as Trigon quickly gains the upper hand.
The DC Animated Movie Universe has officially came to an end, and while a new shared continuity has been launched within DC's home video line that's unofficially referred to as the Tomorrowverse, there's unquestionably a lot to absorb within this particular DC movies saga.

The Titans and Slade launch an all-out assault on Trigon, but he quickly defeats them. In the end, it is Raven (in her White form) that defeats Trigon using her own strengthened mystical abilities of pure light to obliterate Trigon, undoing the destruction he had caused in the process.

Darkseid. You get Darkseid. Darkseid isn't only the sworn enemy of the Justice League and New Gods…he's the sworn enemy of any who steps in his way. He is the ruler of Apokolips and Apokolips is home to some of the most loyal and evil beings in DC.

The Flashpoint Paradox
Barry opened the door for his arch-nemesis to return when he created the Flashpoint timeline at the end of Season 2. Because Barry stopped Thawne from murdering his mother, the entire Arrowverse timeline changed and Thawne was no longer dead.
If they were in the Dark Dimension, Dormammu has an unfair advantage and would demolish Trigon. If they were outside, Trigon destroys Dormammu.
Superman has never beaten Trigon, and, in fact, Trigon is one of the few DC villains who has never been defeated by a member of the Justice League.

Who is time god in The Flash?
Actor. Deon Owens is a resident of Masonville and the avatar of the Still Force. After gaining his powers, Deon began to play with time until he was confronted by Chester P.
Another speedster who seems even faster than Barry kills off some of the SWAT team and pins Barry to the ceiling, revealing himself to be “Savitar, the god of speed.” (If you read the comics, you know Savitar isn't actually a god. He just thinks he is — and he's Wally's nemesis.)
Thor gets absolutely obliterated. If we're talking about Barry Allen, all he'd have to do is a speed steal and an infinite mass punch. Heck, even Jay Garrick—the slowest Flash—was able to steal Superman's speed. The only speed feat people use for Thor is his ability to throw Mjolnir at the speed of light.

While Superman, and subsequently Trigon, battles Darkseid, Cyborg hatches the plan of using Apokolips' technology to bring the Paradooms back to the planet, send the heroes back to Earth, and send Apokolips into a black void, along with Darkseid and his forces.
For those who don't know, Flashpoint was a 2011 comic from Geoff Johns and Andy Kubert which saw Barry Allen travel back in time to prevent Eobard Thawne, the Reverse-Flash, from murdering Barry's mother. As a result, a Butterfly Effect-esque “flashpoint” causing radical changes to the DC Universe.
