What does a DHL tracking number look like?
The tracking numbers for DHL come in a few different formats, depending on the service. DHL Express: A 10 digit numeric beginning with 000, JJD01, JJD00, JVGL or a similar variation. DHL Parcel: 10 digital numeric, starting with 3S, JVGL or JJD.
DHL Parcel service: has a tracking number that has a 10-digit numeric, starting with 3S, JVGL, or JJD. DHL Express service: tracking number will have a 10-digit numeric beginning with 000, JJD01, JJD00, JVGL, or a similar variation. DHL eCommerce service: tracking number will vary from 10 to 39 characters.
Typically starts with GM, LX, RX or up to five letters. The ID length might vary from 10 to 39 characters.
Tracking numbers consist of letters and numbers typically between 8 and 40 characters long sometimes with spaces or hyphens between groupings of characters. When shown on a receipt after shipping a package the tracking number is usually close to the barcode.
Deutsche Post tracking numbers are 12- or 20-digits long, like 445209416454 and 00340434192314429377. When Deutsche Post DHL Paket is exported from Germany, it's assigned international tracking number which looks like Cx000000000DE, Lx000000000DE, Rx000000000DE.
Why is my tracking number/ID not working? Please make sure you entered the correct tracking number in the correct format (explanations and examples of national and international tracking numbers are further up this site). If your tracking ID is not working, please contact your shipper or online shop.

To do so: Go to ups.com, enter your tracking or InfoNotice number into the tracking area located on the left side of the screen, and select Track. You will be redirected to the Tracking Detail page. From the Tracking Detail page, add SMS notifications by selecting Request Status Updates.

Who has 13 digit tracking number? The USPS Express Mail tracking numbers are composed of 13 characters beginning with 2 capital letters and ending with the 2 capital letters “US”. Postal services also attribute tracking numbers to packages.
The reference number of the DHL Parcel waybill for domestic shipments has 11 digits and consists of digits only and starts with 1 (e.g. 12345678901).
Air Waybill Number
The AWB number has 11 digits and 3 parts. The check digit is derived by dividing the 7 digit Serial Number by 7. The remainder determines the Check Digit.
