What does Juliet do to Serena?
To ruin her friendship with Blair, Jenny exposes her sharing a kiss with Chuck in her slip. And finally, to put a final nail in her coffin, Juliet drugs Serena into an overdose and leaves her in a motel room in Queens.
While visiting her brother in prison, Juliet reveals that she drugged Serena and even shocks Ben (David Call) for what she has done, saying that drugging her is going to far in their plans to ruin her.
Lily has Ben charged with transporting a minor across state lines and statutory rape and was told that Serena signed an affidavit confirming that he did so. In order to keep this scandal out of the papers, he is offered a plea bargain which states that he will spend five years in prison.
So Juliet pulled out part 2 to her plan: A photo of Serena doing a line of cocaine.
She is from Cornwall Connecticut the same place Serena Van Der Woodsen attended boarding school. She has a personal vendetta against Serena van der Woodsen because she believed she was the reason her brother, Ben Donovan, was sent to prison, although it was later revealed that it was actually Lily van der Woodsen.
When she returns, she and Chuck find the affidavit and try to blackmail Lily into getting Ben released. Lily tells her that the information about what she did can never get out, or else she will be arrested and the family will be ruined. Later, Serena goes to see Ben in prison but finds he was released.
In last night's episode of Gossip Girl, "Petty in Pink," we found out that Lily Bass Humphrey (Kelly Rutherford) got sentenced to house arrest instead of who-knows-how-many-years in the big house for sending an innocent man to prison.
It is revealed that Lily has wrongfully accused and sent an innocent man to jail to get her daughter into a good school. Lily's crimes are eventually revealed, but instead of going to actual jail, she is just placed on house arrest.
After Bart is revealed to still be alive (Raiders of the Lost Art), Lily learns she has to annul her marriage to Rufus or Bart, as they never divorced before his "death". In The Return of the Ring, Rufus has annulment papers drawn up behind Lily's back and she is angered when she finds out.

In the season finale The Goodbye Gossip Girl, Rufus and Lily make up and he proposes to her. She accepts.
At The Empire, Juliet is on the phone with Ben, who is mad Serena didn't get expelled. Juliet offers that that's a good thing because now she is close with Serena and can find something bigger to take her down with. She also promises that she isn't falling for Nate.
Nate then renews his relationship with Blair and they become a couple again (Remains of the J). In Seder Anything, Nate is asked to be Tripp's best man in his wedding to Maureen van der Bilt.
While investigating, they find that Eva was a prostitute in Prague. Blair decides to out her at Chuck's charity gale, and Dan tells Nate Archibald, who tells Chuck.
After recovering, Serena calls the dean who grudgingly agrees to reinstate her.
At Blair and Dan's salon in Salon of the Dead, Lola sets up Serena to reveal that she is Gossip Girl. It goes wrong and ends with her accidentally live streaming Diana admitting she is Chuck's mother.
Though she insists that she is in love with Louis, Blair begins to seek Chuck out as the season progresses. The two eventually declare their love for each other prior to a car accident in her limousine while being chased by paparazzi. Though both recover, Blair suffers a miscarriage from the crash.
Serena Got Married And Found Happiness
The show jumps forward to reveal that Serena is getting married to Dan. Yes, Dan finally wins the woman of his dreams. Played by Blake Lively (instead of Jennifer Lawrence), Serena and Dan's wedding comprises the busy final minutes of the show.
After talking with Dan and Blair, Serena realizes she's worth more than someone who has to go to extreme lengths to hide their relationship and breaks up with Colin.
