And so it follows that Generation Beta will be born from 2025 to 2039. If the nomenclature sticks, then we will afterwards have Generation Gamma and Generation Delta, but we won't be getting there until the second half of the 21st Century so there is plenty of time to reflect on the labels!
Generation Alpha describes the current generation of children who began being born in the year 2010. They are the children of the Millennials, and often the younger siblings of Generation Z.

The apostolic generation of the 21st century is an omega generation. They live at the end of God's purpose and work their way back to their current earthly position. They live at the omega dimension before and during the execution of God's purpose in the natural realm.
Gen Y: Gen Y, or Millennials, were born between 1981 and 1994/6. They are currently between 25 and 40 years old (72.1 million in the U.S.) Gen Y. 1 = 25-29 years old (around 31 million people in the U.S.)

Generation Alpha is characterised by being digital natives and spending hours and hours in front of screens. The technological advances that humanity has been experiencing throughout the 21st century are changing the planet and its inhabitants, both socially and economically.
They will be comfortable with technology even though they don't know it's there. As they age they will want more stability and work flexibility to cope with increasing family and financial commitments. Sounds pretty like what it was in the 2000s but with faster internet speeds, more cat videos and less typing.
What are the primary generations today? Currently, five generations make up our society.
Is there a Gen A?
Gen A: Generation Alpha starts with children born in 2012 and will continue at least through 2025, maybe later (approximately 48 million people in the U.S.)
Traditionalists are known as the "silent generation" because children of this era were expected to be seen and not heard. They're those who were born between 1927 and 1946, and they average in age from 75 to 80 years old in 2018.
Gen Z parents see many advantages to being a younger parent—all revolving around the ability to be a better parent to their child. They are less concerned with how it may impact the plans they have for their own lives. It's not about the personal benefits for themselves.
Generation Z (aka Gen Z, iGen, or centennials), refers to the generation that was born between 1997-2012, following millennials. This generation has been raised on the internet and social media, with some of the oldest finishing college by 2020 and entering the workforce.
Generation Omega bears the seeds of another generation, a Generation Alpha, because generations always do. That Generation Omega is as yet provisional—that we may bear or even become Generation Alpha—gives me hope, and even faith.
This means that Generation Omega will not be merely the next American generation, they will be the next generation on the world stage. And, given the intrinsically global nature of their generational challenges, they are likely to be the first truly global generation.
Millennials (Generation Y) Millennials, also known as Generation Y or the Net Generation, are the demographic cohort that directly follows Generation X. Neil Howe and William Strauss, authors of the 1991 book Generations: The History of America's Future, 1584 to 2069, are often credited with coining the term.
Dates and age ranges
The Pew Research Center uses 1928 to 1945 as birth years for this cohort. According to this definition, people of the Silent Generation are 77 to 94 years old in 2022.
Social media platforms, video games, and social media groups are the top places that young people are finding community overall—but Gen Z and Millennials' top responses are not the same.
Generally, three or four generations span 100 years, but depending on a number of factors, that same amount of time could produce as little as two generations or as many as five generations. The average span between one generation and the next is about 25 to 30 years, so a safe answer would be 75 to 90 years.
What are Gen Z naming their kids?
Gen X had Chad and Tonya; Millennials are Kyle and Britney. For Gen Z, the popular names for the generation started to shift to more unique names like Aiden and Addison. Popular names for late Gen-Z and Gen Alpha have become super traditional: Emma, Ava, Liam, Harper.
