Where is MCCC settings?
All settings for MC Command Center and its modules are located in the “MC Command Center” menu found on computers in-game, or by typing “mc_settings” at the console.
The option for editing a single Sim in MCCC is "Modify in CAS". It is available in the initial MCCC Sims menu when clicking on a Sim in a household that has more than 8 Sims in it. It can also be found in the “MCCC > Sim Commands > Modify in CAS” path for any Sim.
If the mod shows-up in the Custom Content section, but doesn't show-up when clicking on Sims or computers on a lot, then one of the things that is a leading cause of this issue is if you don't have the right version of the mod for the version of the Sims 4 that you're playing.

1) Click on a Sim, go into the MC Command Center > MC Tuner menu and choose “Enable Autonomy Scan”. This turns on the menu option for objects to scan for autonomy. MCCC is easiest for this. MCCC/Relationships/Delete Relationship. This will remove all sibling tags also. Then, take the household into CAS, make them all the same age, and you'll then be able to use CAS to make them siblings.
