Jay possesses feelings for him, which can be seen from all the things that he has done for him such as giving him many bags of clothes to keeping pictures of Daniel in his phone and wallet.

As the policeman tries to identify Daniel he escapes onto the stairs. Daniel tries to run off with his body but they transferred him elsewhere. Daniel finds his original body in a different room with a new identity: a guy named James Lee. He wonders who his body really is.
Zack has had a strong affection for Mira Kim ever since they were children. He cares for her deeply, and attempts to impress her without making a fool of himself. He gets exceedingly jealous when others flirt with her, he is always considering keeping Mira safe from others due to her bad memories of predators.
Jay has a very good relationship with Daniel's new body. During the earlier episdoes, he gave Daniel a bag of new clothes when he saw the Daniel didn't have a lot. He also took it upon himself to raise the puppies Daniel had despite being afriad of dogs and overtime developed a loving relationship with them.
Most importantly, Jiho's death bears a suspicious resemblance to that of Olly Wang's, and these are the two of the only major deaths so far in Lookism. Both fell from a tall building, and both seemed to have suffered some mental trauma before they fall to their death.

In this body, Daniel is among the strongest in the entire series.
His friends don't recognize his old self and leave him behind. As he pleads for them to come back his handsome body gives him a devilish smile. Daniel wakes up to find out he was dreaming, and not in his second body. Daniel finds his body in the hospital comatose and the police struggle to identify him.
