Who is stronger Abomination or Hulk?
In the MCU, Abomination is stronger, but Hulk becomes stronger than him when he is angry enough. His strength increases with his rage.
The original Abomination was stronger than Savage Hulk, at one stage, at least twice as strong. It's not clear from their last 2 meetings if that's still the case, but he usually gives Hulk a hard fight, until Hulk amps up and smashes him. Abomination defeats Hulk.
